After leaving quest because they're very inconvenient for me. And you have to schedule to see anybody. I turned a kaleida as a walk-in and the one on Union is the one I go to and I must say phenomenal absolutely every time I go there I'm in and out 10 minutes 15 Max. I see Lisa because she's usually working the time that I go. She's wonderful when she draws blood you wouldn't even know I went to get blood drawn. For a red comments that were not pretty nice about this place. Unless I experience it in the future, I have nothing bad to say. Only thing I can say is everybody has their bad days. Everybody we're human 💯🙏💞

Hi,
I get serial lab draws here for my chronic health conditions. The phlebotomist with the curly brown hair and glasses at the union Rd in cheektowaga location, is always yelling and making nasty remarks at customers. There is also a man that works there in the afternoon. The man is always so KIND, personable and quick. Also, the African American girl that works there in the morning, is always helpful and kind.
I have the had the bad luck of getting lady with curly brown hair many times and she is never in a good mood. Always rude and goes out of her way to be nasty. I love this location because they are quick but I have told people to avoid this location due to the rude lady that works there.

This place used to be amazing. Now EVERY time I come here they have you sitting and waiting. It’s ridiculous because they are having personal conversations while you wait.

Wasted several hours going to this lab two different times and both times they were closed when google maps said they were open. Once during the week and once on the weekend. UPDATE YOUR HOURS. They are not open on Saturday or Sunday.

The woman at the front desk (who also ended up drawing my blood) was AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!! I wish I could remember her name but I came in with so much blood work that needed to be done and she was so patient getting everything ready, she even had to call my dr because they mislabeled something on the script. We need more woman/men in healthcare like her!! She was awesome. Thank you so much for awesome customer service. I will never go to quest again.

I went on a Thrusday morning for blood work. They have a parking lot. Parked right in front of the door, walked in, and asked the lady if walk-ins were available at this site. I was in and out within 5 minutes.

I tried Quest a week before I tried Kaleida to get my blood drawn. Quest had twenty people or more in their waiting room and eventually told the walk-ins that there is slim to likely chance of being seen at 7:30 am. The next week, I tried Kaleida on Union. The staff was super friendly and I was the only one to be there at 8am. It probably took 15 minutes for all of the samples that needed to be taken. I wouldn't waste your time with Quest if Kaleida is covered by your insurance. I will go here every time from now on!
