I don't have an account here , but my late mother did. I obtained all necessary documentation from the Erie County Surrogate court to obtain the funds from my mother's accounts as I need to take care of her estate. The other bank in which she had an account complied immediately.
Keybank, on the other hand, has done nothing but tell me that the legal department hasn't replied.
It's nearly a 900 mile round trip, as well as at least one day of work time for me to deal with these people in person. Their delay is costing my family.
I'd give zero stars if it was possible.
Edit in response to the "Response from owner":
1) I'm not asking you to "review legal documents through social media". I'm asking you to knock on some doors at the legal deparment..
2) I HAVE been working with your colleagues at the branch. They tell me legal hasn't replied. What ELSE do you want me to do.

I went into the drive through, forgetting how many things I actually needed to do. I had to check my name on my account (since I recently got married and changed it), get 3 counter checks, order 2 debit cards for 2 different accounts, order regular checks with my new name and address, and take out money from an account - and Jennifer killed it! She was soooo nice and sweet, double checking on things with me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I felt terrible since I was in the drive through but she was okay with it and had such a kind smile on her face!

The worst experience I ever had at a bank I deposited money so I can pay my bills the ATM never deposited my money and took the money I try to go in the bank to tell them the situation they think I’m lying and say I have to couple days for dispute they were no help at all I have to make another deposit never coming back and won’t ever bank with keybank every again very frustrated right now.

Today I opened a checking account and a saving account and one of the management even helped me enroll the mobile app too so no complaints here.

I have a checking account I have a savings account I was opening the account for my son that's 14 years old went there with my husband that has a check and a savings and secured account and then takes me a month to get my card which of course my husband got his in 3 days and then I am only able to get there on Saturdays that's why I go to key Bank on Walden and then they want to call me and ask me how everything is tell me after sitting there for over an hour that they forgot to sign something I have to come in aspp to sign something like I am sick not feeling good I can't get there two Saturday anyway why would I want to come in if I'm not feeling good.. been a loyal customer for God knows how many years.

0 stars if I could, closed my account because of bad advice from two tellers. After speaking with the branch manager he said "well I guess we can use this as a teaching moment" Absolutely garbage customer service

Always closing early. Won't let you in 15 mins before they close. Very rude at this location. Can't use covid19 as an excuse for pure business practice.
