I’ve been in here a few times, but never with my toddler. Today before I could even start to say that we look with our eyes and not our hands she was trying to touch stuff. One of the wonderful employees distracted her with a kid friendly bath bomb demo so I could shop for a few minutes in peace. She asked my daughter questions and kept her engaged and was exceptionally kind.

The employees here are the coolest cats in town. Truly appreciate being treated not only like a customer, but also a friend. Been walking past this place for ten years without giving it the time of day. The employees here earned your establishment a new customer.

Me and the wife went in to sample a few items and were met with great kindness nd care .. Shawna is a great and very attentive she helped us choose are samples and encourage her favorites which we loved , give her a raise immediately!! Nathan also made sure i did not sample the footbalm no problem tho

The girls were absolutely wonderful made my whole experience. I wasn't planning on buying anything and it was the first time I was in the store but they made me want to buy EVERYTHING! Normally when you go into stores noone talks to you but they were so sweet to me and seemed to really care. I bought way more than I anticipated and I'll definitely be returning in the future. Thank you guys so much you made my day :)

Staff was really rude upon walking in. I went in to buy a few items and not once did anyone greet or speak to me if I needed help. There were a lot of new items that I hadn’t seen as well so it would’ve been nice to ask questions about it. They were all gathered by the register and whenever I would walk by and make eye contact with them they would just stare at me and continue on with their personal conversations. I immediately started to feel off and uncomfortable but continued to browse the store. It was about 15 minutes and I was literally the only customer in there and still nothing so I left the store.
I usually do not leave reviews but this instance left me feeling targeted and I knew they were intentionally being rude. I’ve worked for lush in the past and know how they’re trained to interact with customers and this was just awful. If I was a secret shopper they definitely would’ve been getting a 0 on their assessment. So rude.

I ADORE Lush!!! Their workers are ALWAYS so friendly and knowledgeable! Their selection at this location is amazing. I end up spending way too much but it is always worth it! I came home to find 3 freebies in my bag and multiple samples from the lovely woman who helped me!!! I didn’t catch her name but I wish I did, she made my day! More companies need to take note of how Lush handles their customer service and how they train their employees to treat customers. I actually feel valued when shopping here! And most of their products are vegan, which tickles my fancy!

I had the pleasure working with Nathan today and he made the process so easy! Not only was he knowledgeable on the product and was able to show me the best bath bombs for what I was looking for, I never felt so welcomed in a store. From the moment I was greeted, shown around and cashed out. The entire transaction from start to finish was absolutely amazing and because of his help I know baths for a little girls birthday gift are going to be so fun! I hope when I shop again I get the pleasure of working with him.

I love this store! They are always so helpful, and have the best products. We were in last night and Sarah and Shawna were both amazing. I’ve been in the store several times with Shawna and she is beyond amazing, her care, knowledge, and her customer service skills are stellar! Keep up the great work!

I just want to say the biggest thank you SO much to the beautiful Ellen who gave exceptional customer service to my partner and I today!
We came in around 7pm just wanting to have a look and smell the products, but we ended up buying so much things! Ellen approached us and asked if we needed help with anything, and then she ended up showing us some amazing products as well as giving us lots of good information about the products like how to use them, the expiration dates, she demonstrated the products on both my partner and I and we fell in love with them! Our skins feel so soft!
It's so helpful when you have someone who knows the products so well and educates us customers on it, because I don't normally shop at Lush much but she really helped us and showed us some amazing products! Not only that, but she went above and beyond and gave us some samples of things we wanted to try!
A big thank you so much for your amazing service Ellen!! I'm using the lip balm she recommended and it feels so amazing!
We will definitely be back in the future! :D
