Mac make up store: Absolutely massive shout out to Shannon Catanese and Michelle Petrie, they dealt with some really tough customers incredibly professionally, as well as helping their other customers. They were both so calm and respectful despite customers being rude and demanding. Shannon really knew what she was doing and perfectly matched my foundation. Michelle was also incredibly helpful in assisting shannon with customers. Please do acknowledge these incredible ladies!! They were amazing!

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a full face makeup. They called me 3 minutes before my appointment to tell me the employee was a "no call no show" and her shift was ending so they wouldn't be able to accommodate. They were also supposed to call 1-2 days prior to confirm my appointment and never did.

Made an appointment far in advance for a makeover for a formal occasion. ....two employees here....thirty minutes later, they haven't even started yet. Both are tidying up and helping another customer pick out a cosmetic. No other customers here....yet we sit. Am going to another counter if we aren't taken care of in the next couple of minutes. ...time does matter today. Lack of response seems so unprofessional.
