Update:I called and the owner really tried to make it right so I will be willing to give them another chanceWon't be returningI hired Magic Assistants twice before, once to clean my house and once to clean my sister's. Both times I was very impressed and everything looked great. The first time they came to my house for a "deep clean" I had a team of three come with no time cap but it only took them 2 hours and 45 minutes - my house was spotless, top to bottom. The house was not super dirty but they did spend a half hour scrubbing my neglected stair case.Today I had a team of 2 come for 2 hours. They told me they would probably only get to the downstairs and possibly the upstairs bathroom, which I said was fine because it was one less person. They pretty much only got the kitchen and small half bath done, and ran a quick vacuum in the living room. I would have been fine with this, even though the other team accomplished so much more- except for two things,One: it wasn't really clean. I didn't really expect them to do the dishes (there were only 5), but they did do them and they're still dirty and need to be rewashed, and I need to re sweep and mop my kitchen floor, and the walls were not spot cleaned like they were the first time.Two: I only came into the house three times from being outside, and two of the times, one of the girls was on their phone!The house is cleaner than it was, but not a "deep clean" I feel that by myself I could have accomplished a similar amount as this two person team. They also did not start until 9:05 and one of the women left at 1045 to go do paperwork and they were both well gone by 1055. If it was clean, I wouldn't be worried about only getting 1:45 of service instead of 2 hours but it isn't great.Also plan on very loose scheduling. My initial appointment was for 930, the day before I received a voicemail saying they were coming at 215 instead. After I called and said that won't work they moved it to 9. But the first time they came a similar thing happened as well. Not a big deal unless you have plansService: Deep clean

I received Magic Assistants at my house in Niagara Falls on May 23rd. It was supposed to be a three person "deep cleaning" for two hours.The two women who showed up did a decent job on the bathroom, but it wasn't a deep cleaning.They also left after one hour claiming that because of a few small roaches in the bathroom, they couldn't stay. At no point in the initial or follow up call did they say that would be a deal breaker. They also said they had other clients, despite being booked for a certain period of time.I waited three weeks for this?

My first experience with Magic Assistants exceeded my expectations. They did a thorough deep clean of our entire home. I can’t say enough about the job Tina, Krissey and Halie did. Very expensive- over $700 for 3.5 hours. Lots of uncleaned areas in a small house. The cleaners themselves were pleasant.Service: Moving-related cleaning

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I was talking to a friend about this cleaning service and how unpleased she was with it. Her main reason was the "woman who answers the phone is screaming about God knows what in-between every sentence she spits out. Sounds like her children!! And is a stuck-up bit*h to me for asking simple questions" If it's a pet God help that pet. Anyways I figured it can't be that bad and I give them a call for a quote. Go figure the woman who answered the phone was a complete hothead. Calling me honey, this and that when I clearly stated my name. I can hear what I assume to be her significant other or older child screaming on top of his lungs!! I couldn't catch what he said but I do know for a fact I heard racial slurs coming out of his mouth! This is unacceptable. I understand people may be working from home but BE MORE PROFESSIONAL. The cleaning my friend received was absolutely terrible. She's 75 years old so yes I'm writing this review for her! For some examples her cabinets were on the list of things she wanted specifically done no matter what and what do you know dust all inside them!! It's like they didn't touch anything she said. The hallway was muddied up with footprints because the one girl kept going in and out of her home. She smelled like Marijuana every time she came back in!! DRUGS IN HER HOUSE THAT WERE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET. Tell the young woman that she should've double-checked because there was still a Marijuana cigarette butt in the toilet!!! We called the woman together after all of our finds and she disregarded every concern we had saying "we have no control over these situations" and rushed us off the phone!!! You should really reconsider who is picking up that phone because she's so mean to her customers it's no joke. Will never recommend you to anybody EVER.

The best cleaning experience ever! I booked a deep cleaning for my home. The cleaners were prompt and professional. They cleaned my house from top to bottom. They are so meticulous. After they finished the cleaning, my husband and I were looking to find something that they missed. Lol. We didn’t find anything. I will definitely book with Magic Assistants again.

Update: Tammy contacted me personally and we had a frank and productive conversation.
