Stopped without an appointment and Alvin took me in right away. Needed a rusty bolt removed so I could work on my vehicle at home. He got the job done and it gave him a bit of a hard time. I left there very happy. Give this place a try, I did !

Don’t take your car here. Inspection was failed due to brakes and rotors. Took my car to another stop and passed with no problem. All they care about to selling services here. Should be closed down

I have the lifetime warranty on my brakes I took my car in for brake pads and was told I needed rotors and that if I didn’t replace the rotors it would void out the warranty so I left and took my car to a different shop and was told by 2 mechanics that I did NOT need rotors but I had the replace as to not void the contract on the brakes my question to Monro will you compensate me for the replacement of the rotors? I will not recommend anyone to this establishment!!!!

I came in with a blown out tire all the way down Harlem near George Urban. They gave me exceptionally fast service, quoted me for other things that needed my attention on my car and I was still able to make it to work without being super late. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is in a rush or a pinch for time! It was a little expensive for just one tire but they did get me done fast. I paid $167 for the tire replacement.

I took my tire in because it had a slow leak. Monroe muffler looked at it and said the tire is beyond repair 300 bucks for a new one I wasn’t born yesterday. I took it over to Fox tire on William Street. They repaired the unrepairable tire for $30.Monroe muffle sucks…. Don’t be stupid if this sounds unbelievable the price it is go have it looked at someplace else

I took my car there after my after I had my brake booster replaced at another place, because while the brakes worked, the car wasn't able to come to a full stop in time. I had a 9am appointment. I called around 2:30 because they said I would hear from them by early afternoon. They hadn't seen my car yet. I called back at 3:30 and the car was ready to go. But here is why I am writing this awesome review. It was the honesty, integrity and great service in the end. First they told me what was wrong. There was air left in my brake line from the booster job and it needed to be electronically bled out, which they don't have the equipment to do there. Second, they clearly noted it on my receipt to take back to the shop that did the booster repair so that I didn't have to try an explain it myself. Third, they were very polite and helpful. Fourth, they didn't even charge me to find the problem. In fact they apologized that it took so long, given that I had a 9am appointment and told me that they wouldn't charge me even just because of that. Now granted, no work was performed but they did thoroughly inspect my entrie brake system. And while I was without a car for a day, their service and integrity and attention to detail truly was worth it. I would go to them again in the future should I have another issue with my car that they can fix.

I won’t ever come back as long as Anthony is there. He’s awful and rude. Find a new shop or get new employment.I’ve done business with these guys for years and after he claimed to be the manager and couldn’t take more clients today and hung up the phone

What a difference a day makes,4/22/25 one of the worst experiences, 4/23/25 what a total wonderful experience. Alvin from the first moment I walked in ,friendly professional, when my vehicle wasn't cooperating,Easten another tech came in on his day to remedy the situation. I was always informed what was going on. Absolutely a wonderful experience. Thank you to Alvin and Easten,and everyone at that store.

Front counter management was very professional courteous and knowledgeable. I've dealt with him multiple times and he's doing a great job. He's always giving me the best deals possible and doing his best to get me in and out. Keep up the good work
