“We used U-Pack to move from Hollywood, CA to Rochester, NY, in Dec 2023. It was amazing, and relatively, easily the cheapest option.We had a large one bedroom apt to get packed and moved; two desks, a bed, a coffee cart, a kitchen cart, an 8ft sofa, a coffee table, a lot of books and bookshelf, clothes, a mountain bike, etc. and it all fit in one Relo Cube! I took apart and flat-packed a lot of it, to fit more, but still, we were shocked by just how much we could fit in one cube.The U-Pack website was a gold mine of useful information, even if you aren't moving with them, take a look! we are still using their moving checklist as we come to the end of our move.The interaction with customer service was excellent, they all seemed to be on the same page and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. The information provided was very clear about what was required of me, and the drivers were friendly and helpful.The cube itself was clean and in good condition, and everything arrived in Rochester relatively unscathed. Be sure to use packing blankets and straps to keep things from rubbing against each other and your things should be fine.If you are unsure of the amount of cubes you need, you can request more, and they will only charge you for what you use, taking back any unused cubes at no cost.Using U-pack, lessened the stress, and cost, of moving across the country considerably. I highly recommend it and would happily use it again. Excellent.”

“Highly recommend it for U-Haul rental! Very nice facilities overall, the storage areas are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly! We rented a 15' truck to move and the entire vehicle was exceptionally clean, inside and out. The truck functioned perfectly and I had no issues with checking it out or returning it.If you're looking for a truck rental in the area, don't go anywhere else if you can get one here. They truly care, and they want you to have the best possible experience. I will be using them as much as possible in the future!”

First big move of a whole house full of a couple decades of memories for myself, and it went smooth and stress free - at least once the crew showed up and started working - all my worries went away! Fast, friendly, efficient, polite, handled our belongings as if it were their own. Doors needed to be removed, appliances barely made it down stairs, furniture squeezed through doorways - and there was not one bit of damage to either house or any belongings. Great leadership of the crew, they all made it look so easy! Highly recommend!!”

The 4 gentlemen who helped us were really considerate of our time, and very courteous of our furniture, ensuring everything was put in the right room and even helping us relocate things when we realized we got mixed up. “This is a very small UPS store, but I've only had positive experiences here! The store is conveniently located in a big plaza, so I never had problems with parking. I will say, some people park RIGHT in front of the store and block the entrance sometimes, which is quite annoying. The service is great. The employees are super nice and even though there's a long-ish line every time I go, they get things done pretty quickly. Given the small size of the store, they don't have much variety in their greeting card selection or packing items (e.g. wrapping paper, envelopes), but they have all the basics.”

I received estimates for moving from other companies for over $2000 but they couldn’t do it because of such a short notice. I called Diamond and spoke with Elise. She set it up perfectly for me. They came on the date and at the time they said and packed it, moved it and unpacked it for almost half the cost of the other companies. Extremely professional people with great personalities. They made moving almost easy enough to be willing to do again.”

They wrapped the furniture well and worked together fast. They were also kind and communicative. We appreciated their hard work!
