There were only two phlebotomists (who were great by the way!) but even those of us with appointments waited over an hour past their appt time. This location would benefit from always shifting a phlebotomist from another location. They are always like this.

Absolutely terrible. Only staffed with a single employee. Allows people who show up six hours early to be taken over waiters! Completely unacceptable!

Racism screaming over this place! I was standing by for 3 hours a white man came 2 hours after me and started screaming about the wait and they just took him infront of me! What is this racist behavior have some shame!

I waited 25 minutes for a 5 minute scheduled appointment. The phlebotomist looked like they slept in their scrubs and brushed their hair with a shoe. I declined the draw as she did not look fully awake and I was already late for work.

Literally the worst place you can ever go to take a urinalysis test for employment. They treat you like you are bottom of the barrel and you never get in when you try to make an appointment for employment. It’s 2days out. Absolutely ridiculous stand here for standby. You will be here for three hours. Waiting to take a urinalysis test that takes 10 seconds well now is such a better place.

The phlebotomist was exceptionally friendly and proficient. When I booked the appointment it was very convenient. They seem to be getting better and better.

I received a call from Quest alerting me to an abnormal testing result, that I purchased online. I was offered a complimentary consultation with one of their doctors. I, respectfully, declined because I have a doctor that I could talk to. But it is reassuring to know that Quest has my back.

I forgot to make an appointment until almost last minute but there were plenty of open times available. They send a text for checking in and it was a very short wait from that time until I was called back. They are very quick and efficient here.

Had a 9 40 appointment. Caitlyn came out at 9 33 to get me. VERY nice, professional, pleasant and efficient. I walked out, all finished,at 9 40 ! Thanks Caitlyn !
