Set up an appointment on Monday, 02.19.24 for a drug test (urine sample) on Thursday 02.22.24 at 1:10 PM. As I went in earlier today on 02.22 I was advised they stop doing those tests at 12:30 PM and had to set another appointment up. For 3 days straight, I could have been advised either by email, on the website with my patient account, or a simple phone call to have been notified that; as this was my deadline day for a job position. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment set up at another Quest for 2:10 PM and got the test done. Signing in was easy, which is the 1 star. Other than that, no sense of awareness, care, or communication from the employees at this location. Go to the Quest on Youngs Rd in Williamsville or Harlem Rd in Buffalo and save the stress.

This morning was an early one- my appointment was for 5:40am and to my surprise there were already 1/2 doz people in there, luckily I had the appointment through the app. The app was easy to navigate and even sent me reminders that I had to fast - they also sent me a mobile check in code if I wanted to stay in the car and wait - I was also given a QR code to scan for an easier check in. This office was clean, neat and organized. The gal who took my blood was good, I mean REAL GOOD. My veins are not easy to find - ohhhh, she found it and I couldn't have been happier. Usually it's an ordeal that I hate . She was a very caring and empathetic person that really seems to like her job. That right there tells you a lot. I would not hesitate to go back to this location.

I was at the Walden Ave for my regular blood test. I was greeted by Caitlyn with a pleasant smile. She was terrific with drawing my blood. She made my appointment very enjoyable with her conversation with me while she drew my blood. If all of your flabotomist are as good as Caitlyn was, you definitely wouldn't have any complaints! Kudos to Cailyn!!!

Don't like to give a negative review since I have been here a few times with no problems. This time blood draw was off, got poked too hard for one vial, bumped and bruised. Maybe a new employee.

Most incompetent employees ever. How has this place not been shut down? The fact that they don't even have a receptionist in the lobby tells you everything you need to know about how they feel about their patients. They hide behind a locked door and make it impossible to talk to anyone. 2 different doctors sent a prescription for lab work and somehow when I show up they say they have nothing

Made an appointment a week prior to my appointment. Got there and I checked in and my appointment was not found. So, I checked in as a stand by, while waiting to be called an announcement was made that they were not accepting stand-bys because they were short staff and 3 of the five workers called off and only two were working and one was at lunch.My question is … how is a staff at lunch when you close is 45 mins and have 5 people waiting for blood work. And you open up a 5:30 am.I thought lunch hours ended at 2 pm.??????????

In waiting room for 20 minutes waiting on them to call me. Usually wouldn't mind if there was other people there but I was literally the only one. Definitely won't be coming back to this one

Do not go here if you don't have an appointment. The workers were so rude to the walk ins. I saw them sitting in their rooms doing nothing until a person with an appt came then they would take them. There were people that had been there for 2+ hours and they were not taken care of. Completely ridiculous. This company is ghetto.

Every time I come here there is never any staff and the customer service is horrible. They call one person every 45 min. The last time I tried to come here, they were closed 1 hour prior to the time they were scheduled to close. Sad that when a location is close to the inner city the service is less than standard.

I got taken to the back with an appointment within 5 minutes of arriving. The nurse who took my blood was super sweet and made the experience which is typically nerve racking for me, not bad at all. I was out within 10 minutes, I HIGHLY recommend after having bad experiences with other quest locations!!

Extremely poor customer serviceStaff abrupt and disrespectful to clients. Staff complaining loud of being short Staff. Clients after being seen reports that Staff were just sitting around talking. Appointment was scheduled on 5/11/23 @12waited too long. Please please provide better Staffing

The new way of them taking patients is kind of ridiculous. Don't get me wrong I agree people with appointments should be taken first but if I walk-in at 11 I believe I should be taken care of before someone who got there early for their appointment at 12. I along with other walkins sat for over an hour before I left as I was # 7 on the standby list and no one in that list was taken while I was there. I don't expect to be in and out in 10 min but over an hour waiting and still not close is not ok either, might as well say you don't accept walkins.
