Called pharmacy from 8:15 pm to 9:00 pm, phone just rings. Apparently the dump doesn't need or want your business. Now I start going to Walmart or ordering through the mail. Rite Aid is USELESS!!

Came in before work for paper towels they had two workers on the same task when i told them nicely i was on a time crunch i have work soon they still took their time what happened to customer service? what happened to helping the customer? seems like the two workers rather go smoke outside then be nice to their customers i even told her 'thank you' and got no thank you back or even a 'ur welcome' it doesnt hurt to be nice it goes a long long way!!! i should've went to topz 💯 11.10.24 @9:30am

Unfortunately I have no choice but to give them one star to write this review. If I could they would get zero. I am a very patient person and I understand staffing these days. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt a few times, but they are BEYOND ridiculous. They are nasty and unprofessional, they never answer the phone days on end, they dismiss you, close whenever they feel like it and put up a cardboard sign. I have had to come back multiple times in one day because they continue to promise that something will be ready at a certain time and it never is. Now I have been battling with them for three days to get my daughter’s medication. These are peoples medications that they need for their lives! I’m our family we have more than one person who HAS to have their medication or there can be serious issues. I should not have to beg and plead like this. It is wrong and the treatment of their patrons is disgusting! I have seen more than one patron have the same experiences that I have when I am there waiting for hours for medications. I’ve seen the reviews here this has been going on for over a year, when do you plan to fix the issue? Fix it or just close it down its plain to see the workers could care less.

Samanta the store manager threatened my disable nephew not to give his medication and threatened me to call cops because I was upset. I'm telling you people stop doing business at this location and you will hear about hearing in court in media and news about these rude and unprofessional people and they will learn to treat people with respect.
*********** UPDATE: This criminal store , last three weeks I've kept asking my poor nephew allergy med and they've blamed Doctor bc she did not refilled. I spoke to Doctor and said that since March 22 she refilled. My boy is now collapsed with all allergy symptoms and his health is collapsed
I will do whatever takes to file complain to Buffalo health department. You people disgusted me

Someone really needs to do something about the pharmacy not answering the phone. This is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. Hire more people or just a specific person to answer the phone. A pharmacy is giving out medicine and for them not to answer the phone ever is extremely unacceptable. Someone seriously needs to speak to the pharmacy about doing their job, and part of it is answering the phone!!!!

i would suggest taking your business elsewhere. They don’t care about you and your health, trust me. I have seen very caring customer service and support and this location is NOT it. GO ELSEWHERE

Pharmacy repeatedly fails to fill prescriptions, does not notify when they are filled, then gaslights you and says it was just you not picking them up.

I would give 0 stars if I could, they fill scripts when not needed, or don't fill them when needed, or say it is ready and when you get there it's not. They never answer the phone nor have the sidewalks cleared on Union rd or George Urban Blvd after snowfall. Very dangerous to have people walking in the street because they wouldn't take care of their responsibility.

Don’t go to this pharmacy, one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. If you get a controlled substance they look at you disgusting & the old pharmacist give you issues trying to fill it when the dr even writes to fill it the day it’s sent in- but they won’t. Then you have to wait the whole next day to get your script & miss your doses- there’s only a few techs that are nice here- the one female that’s in her mid to late 20s stares at you like you’re on drugs & asks for your id but doesn’t scan it for some reason , I’m done coming here , switched to a different pharmacy I shouldn’t get judged because I’m trying to help myself .
