This one really shocked me. I asked for a water that had the flip tops he jumped in a forklift, pulled it off the shelf and had two in my basket in 2 minutes. That was amazing and if that wasn't crazy enough, I was dumping the load of groceries into my truck a guy came out and took the handicap cart back to the store for me. Man, if this is that customer service I don't know what is great customer service

Went to sams club and arrived around 6:45 went to the food area(where you get the pizza and frozen yogurt) and asked if I could get the berry and vanilla frozen yogurt only to a I’m not making that right now. So I got a hot dog and pizza and went to sit down only to then see the lady making a frozen yogurt for a different person. I will not be renewing my membership the only reason this gets 3 stars is their associate Angela was great when the cash register system was having issues.

Becca went above and beyond during my visit to the store earlier today looking for a specific dog food(Purina One), Rather than just say "what you see is all we have" she went out of her way to help me by finding out that a shipment with the product had came in the day before and although it was buried in the back of the store she climbed over a few pallets out hulled the not so light 44lb bag out like a champ. She has my vote for employee of the month

If i could give them no stars i would.I had a delivery for them; i got there at 5:32. At 5:46 worker finally took my paperwork. Him and another gentleman were ready to start unloading my truck. Mind you it was only half a truck so it wouldn’t take long to unload. As soon as he opened the dock door a manager said over their walkie talkie “don’t unload her. Her appointment is until 8pm” he said oh that’s my manager I’m sorry she’s not allowing us to unload you. Even though two employees are available to do it. Mind you there is no other truck there or coming. I’m the only one.So i wait.. 8pm rolls around.. then 8:30… now it’s 8:45 and i’m now annoyed. I ring the bell (because now the door has been locked) and a worker comes out and i tell him the situation and he says “oh we didn’t even know there was a truck out here. There was a shift change at 7 and no one said a word.” So i was unloaded in 25 mins. Im happy.. until i try to leave. They have me locked in to the dock door and i physically can not leave. I have been banging on the door and ringing the bell for the past 2 hours and no one is answering.

Just popped in for random things for the upcoming Holidays. I was usually get a pizza(s) for a quick dinner for my boys! Apparently, no more veggie pizzas??!?!? Just cheese!?!?! It looks like you still have a choice on meats though. I'm not a meat eater like the men in my family. Cheese is ok but as a woman who shops here frequently, this corporate decision has to have been made by a man... Dumb decision. You have all the produce in the back!!! Whoever did this needs to go back to the drawing board or be demoted. It was such an easy choice to get 1 of each, everyone is happy. Now, I'm without my own choice. $24 or more in pizzas I'd buy from you, I'll start to buy local pizzeria!

GIVE YOUR WORKERS WINTER JACKETS!!!!I just went for my pick up order. And the worker had a thin zip up. Surely a company such as Sam's would give winter jackets as part of the uniform ?

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Sam's Club, specifically with their tire services. The lead technician Donald was horrendous. Despite having an appointment, Donald initially refused to honor it. It was only after I showed him my confirmation that he begrudgingly agreed to provide service. However, his attitude and incompetence only worsened from there.Shockingly, Donald, who is supposedly the lead technician, appeared clueless about basic tire services. He acted as if he didn't know how to balance tires, which is a fundamental aspect of his job. What's more alarming was his inability to even lift my car for tire removal. It's hard to believe someone in his position lacks such essential skills. This level of incompetence and poor customer service is unacceptable. It not only wastes customers' time but also raises serious safety concerns. How can one trust a tire service where the lead technician struggles with basic tasks?I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Sam's Club and would strongly advise others to think twice before using their tire services. The lack of professionalism and skill in their team, particularly in the tire department, is a significant red flag.

This Sam’s Club might be OK until it’s not. As a customer, I understand that mistakes happen and the difference between a decent business and one on the way to bankruptcy is how mistakes are handled.Repeatedly terrible customer service generally indicates a poor management issue - which appears to be the case here. I ordered groceries from Sam’s Club for ‘curbside’ pick up. This is the second time I have received a large bag of lettuce salad extremely close to the sell by date. While I was in the club parking lot, I called to see if the salad could be exchanged. Most stores have standards with respect to their online shoppers not to put anything in the cart near or past the sell by date. The man who answered the in club customer service phone put me on hold and never came back. After 15 minutes, I left the parking lot. After another 10 minutes, I called back on the second line. It took five minutes for someone to answer, and no one ever came back to the first call.On my second call, I asked to speak with a manager - not in an obnoxious way but because I want to know if this is standard operating procedure for Sam’s Club or not. The gal who answered the phone told me the managers were all in meetings and no one was available. I asked if someone could call me back and she put me on hold. After about 10 minutes, someone from the bakery department picked up. She transferred me back to the main desk, but no one ever answered the line there. In a properly managed store, none of the above would happen. I don’t shop inside that particular store because there is a palpable contempt for customers in general. Everyone seems sour faced and out to do the bare minimum even if it means telling someone you’ll be right back and never showing up again.I don’t think it’s fair to blame the employees. Bad attitude toward customers starts from the top down and I’m sure this is no exception.

They did not have a single packet of mustard for my hot dog. How do you run out of a bulk product. That is the point of bulk!

Sam's Club has a wonderful optical department, very good selection, & good but not always great prices. The second worst thing about Sam's Club is the long wait times at the registers & to exit the store with your purchases, but the absolute WORST thing is their so-called delivery service!!! Last week I ordered delivery of some groceries & it went fine, so I reordered on Monday evening of this week, thinking I would actually get what I ordered on Tuesday afternoon between 2:00 & 4:00. Nope! When my order was running an hour or so late, Sam's Club sent me an uninformative email saying "Hi, we're running a little late with your order but it's in the works," or something to that effect. There was no estimate of the time when the order would arrive. Twenty-four hours AFTER this, i.e. Wednesday afternoon, not having heard anything, I called Sam's Club & asked what was going on. I was on the phone with them 30 minutes the first time, then was given another number to call, & spent 27 minutes on the second call. At no time did anyone say my order was on the way, not on the way, already delivered, in progress, canceled, nonexistent, or anything of the kind!!! I asked for the specifics of what was going on but no one came up with an answer. I decided to go to the club the following day with printouts of my order form & emails, & speak to the store manager in person. So I checked my bank account on Thursday morning & saw that Sam's Club had refunded my money. Sam's Club claims that the customer's account is never charged until the merchandise leaves the store. Next I saw where they had sent another email saying my order had been CHANGED (it was not me that changed anything), & some or all of my items were unavailable & would not be sent out!! These "unavailable" items included ice cream, sliced ham, sports drinks, & other things that are not exactly difficult to find in the store! I am assuming some dishonest Sam's Club employee delivered the items I had ordered, to his or her own home, & thought they would get away with charging the order to my bank card until I complained. I never did go to speak with the manager since I believe the problem has been addressed by now. It certainly should have been! At this point I am still willing to shop at Sam's Club, but only in person. I will put up with the wait times at the register & the undignified comparing of number of purchased products against the customer's receipt, which barely falls short of frisking, at the exit door. I do not trust Sam's Club to deliver anything any more!!!
