I get that its busy and the holidays, but shopping there the other day was not a pleasant experience. I don't normally go into the store, most of my purchases are made online. The staff there were rude and quite frankly annoyed simply that there were customers asking questions. Especially the woman at the register who was explaining that December birthday gifts were unavailable, only points available.

Ordered an item online as a holiday gift on 11/09. I received the product 11/14. Weeks later, I found the same item on sale on the manufacturer's website as a Black Friday special. I chatted with Sephora and they would not refund the difference. I ordered another unit of the product direct from the manufacturer.When I finally got my new unit and went to Sephora to return my product today, 12/11, I was told it's been over 30 days and I can only get merchandise credit.I'm dissatisfied because the retail workers were not able to assist with a meaningful product return. Additionally, the item was received fewer than 30 days ago, so it should still be within the window.I don't shop at Sephora, the product is unopened, and I'd like the money back on my MasterCard.

Extremely rude male staff member. Laughed when asked for a specific brand by my mother, like it was below them. This man has been rude on a few different occasions and yesterday was the last time. We won’t ever shop this location again. Do better.

I was at the store on Sunday and witnessed an employee basically bully a kid into signing up for a credit card. It made me sick to my stomach. The employee seemed friendly at first when she approached a mom and her daughter. The mom said she was buying her daughter a birthday gift because she just turned 18. The employee immediately began hard-selling the kid into signing up for a credit card and explained none of the risks or how signing up would trigger a credit inquiry and how that could impact the kid’s credit score. She was relentless and the mother looked uncomfortable. The employee would not back down and basically had the kid cornered, stood between her and her mother, and was shoving the tablet at her so she could apply. It was really disgusting to watch and if this is standard operating procedure for Sephora I will not be returning as a customer. I’m a Rouge member so it’s Sephora's loss.Preying upon 18 year olds and strong arming them into signing up for credit cards they do not need is really despicable. I can only imagine Sephora is placing extreme pressure on their employees to sign up people for credit cards - I worked retail, I’m familiar with that game. If Sephora is driving their employees to behave like this and target kids, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Best experience at a beauty store ever. Gigi helped me and was so patient when matching me with a liquid foundation. She used their new shade matcher where they take acouple pictures of your skin and it generates matches for you. She was a perfectionist and sampled 3 different shades on me until we got it perfect. I ended up getting a liquid foundation from Makeup by Mario and I kid you not the first day wearing it at work I got compliments on my skin. I am so happy!!! Amazing customer service from Gigi!

There are so many amazing people that work at this location that I’ve gotten to know on a first name-basis just from being a frequent customer. They don’t hound over you or annoy you like I’ve heard some other Sephora’s do. And whenever I do need help, they never act annoyed or bothered. They do a good job of keeping items in stock as well.

This is a review for the Sephora inside of JCPenney...WHAT happened to this Sephora after COVID?! They got rid of many of the better brands and now are stocking Brands like Revlon, Sally Hansen, Elf and Cover girl? If I wanted those brands I could get them at any drugstore. Not to mention that they didn't even have anyone working there so I had to take my purchases to the jewelry counter to check out. What a disappointment!

I had the best experience at this specific store, thanks to Charlene. She was so friendly and enthusiastic about helping me out. I could tell that Charlene had a lot of experience in the makeup and skincare field before I even asked. The explanations and recommendations on different products are so very appreciated. I left the store with more than I went in for, and I felt confident and content with my purchases. I will continue to go to this store, in hopes of Charlene being there to assist me.

Always find things to buy in this store, some I need and some I don't. Someone always asks if I need help, but it's never too much or too little, just perfect. Just wish the store was larger.

I love Sephora. They had everything in stock that I was looking for. Also got the 15 percent off my purchases with their VIB sale. Good place for high end cosmetics.
