There was a huge banner on the storefront wall of the Walden and Galleria Target I entered a few days ago that masks were required upon entering the store, but when I entered the store I noticed that many costumers and some employees weren't wearing them. When I asked someone at the customer service counter about it, he said that Target recommends that people wear masks in the store but it is not required. It was very strange, considering there was a giant banner hanging on the front of the store that stated otherwise and there was a state mandate in effect. I dropped the things I was about to purchase on the counter, I and instead went to a nearby Office Max to make my purchase. When I returned to my bicycle I had locked to a post below the large banner that was bigger than any other I've seen in the vicinity, a man who may have been in charge of security mentioned that I caused a scene by yelling and throwing items on the customer service desk and said what I brought up wasn't important and he did not care. Afterwards, I told the man I contacted customer relations (service) and pointed out the "elephant in the room"- the enormous banner above where my bike was locked and placard in front of the main entrance that stated masks were required and pedaled away. I called Target reps to confirm if what the person working in the store said was true. I then found out that their policy was as stated in big, bold lettering outside the store; masks were, as in line with the New York state mandate, required. Frankly, I entered the store because I didn't want to go to an over-crowded Walmart down the street and the enormous sign gave me the impression that they were more concerned for the health and wellbeing of others than other businesses in the area, but apparently I was mislead. The moral of the story: like books and their covers, you can't judge a store by its storefront.

I just spent 220 bucks here after a long workday and normally would be super bummed and pissed off after that. The lady that checked us out, Crystal, was so completely pleasant and wonderful in a non forced way that I couldn't help but leave there smiling. If you are getting in line here and see a line with a cashier that has curly hair, glasses, and just *looks* like a nice person cash out there.

I've only been here a few times this past year. Covid made my travels far more close to home. But the few times I've been here it's been well done. Not as busy as the NFB or Delaware Ave locations. I suppose that may be a "time of day" question too. This Target is clean and well organized. The staff are easy to work with. Easy parking. Update 55 2021

Love the curbside pick-up option. It's very convenient. I realized that I was missing a few items needed to make dinner and placed my drive-up order in the Target app which was ready in about 2.5 hours. If you choose to take advantage of this option, just be mindful that I could take up to 4 hours to fill. I also really appreciate how it is set up to make the experience as contactless as possible. You display the order code (from inside the car) provided in the app when you arrive and the Target employee approaches your vehicle. They will then place the order in your trunk. They are really taking care to observe social distancing guidelines to keep all of us safe.

Picked up an order online, the curbside check in and contact less pickup was quick and efficient. Opened up my truck, showed my phone for order, opened my trunk and away I went. The process from start to finsh, roughly took under 20 minutes

I go to Target once a week preferably on Saturdays. It's a one stop shop for when I don't feel like running to several different stores for a few items. They have a clothing department a grocery section, a refrigerator/frozen section and also household and personal items. I use the cartwheel app for additional discounts. This location is neat and clean. The only thing down side is that they only have about two registers open and several self checkout. It's always a wait and I personally prefer not to do self checkout if I don't have to.

Target is Target is Target...I like that I always know what to expect no matter which Target I visit. That being said, I don't really liked the new -ish setup. It keeps me from spending a long time in the store. And because it is so different, I dont know where anything is anymore...I must be getting old, but I kind of liked knowing just where to go without scrutinizing signs, asking associated and finding my way through the maze. On the upside, since Target is Target is Target, if I get to know one, I'll know the layout of them all!

I always find every need at target. I go here a lot on my lunch break just to browse and look around. I do buy quite a bit of clothes here too. Good quality. Workers are very nice and helpful. Plenty of options of anything you would be looking for. Quick bite to eat, electronics, clothes, toiletries, anything.

I was happily surprised that when I went to go pick up my same day order the day after Christmas! The order only took an hour or so to be filled, which is awesome considering it was health and beauty supplies I needed for the next day. When I went to go pick up my order the parking lot was packed and as I walked into the store it hit me that it is was the busiest return day of the year. I prepared myself to wait in line for a very long time. When I walked in there were about 5-6 people ahead of me but the line moved extremely fast. I was able to get in and get out in about 5 mins!

Home sweet home honestly. Usually going in for one thing and end up leaving with ten things every time. Prices are ok and they have a decent amount of stock in their store. Go to this one mostly because it's close to where I live. Customer service isn't all that great but I don't mind because I like to be able to shop without people asking if I found everything ok every two minutes. I think the self check out is probably my favorite part because I don't have to interact with anybody. It's speedy and convenient. Overall it's a decent store.

If you think Amazon is destroying retail stores, Target is a chain that is fighting back. I recently bought a mattress topper and sheets from Amazon. As an Amazon Prime member, it's guaranteed 2 business days delivery. In the past and as recently as last year, if they delivered late, you could call Amazon and they'd apologize, comp your purchase or extend your membership. But that's all changed. I put in my order that promised a Wednesday delivery. But as soon as I looked at my order status seconds after "submit" the delivery date had changed to Thursday. I called Amazon and the customer service person in India gave me this convoluted story about counting business days from the day the shipment leaves their warehouse - so by her count, it would be 4 days delivery! Here's the problem - that's B.S. And ordering a mattress topper means requiring another 24 hours to let the foam/gel roll out and reinflate before use. So I wanted delivery asap - 2 days by their Amazon Prime guarantee, 2 days by what their own web site stated. So I cancelled the order and looked at Target. I found a similar mattress topper, sheets on sale. I placed the order online and requested store pickup. Target promised my order would be ready in 2 hours! 45 minutes later, I received a text that my order was waiting for me. What an awesome service to order and not be stuck wandering the store or standing in the checkout line. Supposedly Amazon is bringing in 1 hour delivery in some cities, but this year's round of late deliveries is making me rethink how I use brick/mortar stores. Target has it right. I was thrilled with the check-out process and was sleeping days earlier than expected on a comfortable bed.

Not my favorite Target, but it's not the worst either. The lights here are overall dim compared to other Targets though, and it's a bit less organized too. :/ Beware of the "Clearance" section after holidays... they can get extremely busy and crowded!

I stoped at this location to buy a new watch. I walked around for several minutes, couldn't find any. Went to service desk to ask for a store directory - there isn't one. Asked where watches were, told "men's department". Went there - 6 watches, none with a leather band. Went home, looked online and found a watch I liked - HAD ONE AT WADEN GALLERIA!!! Where in the store don't know. I won't go back.
