Overpriced, low quality. The Tops "sweet mini peppers" were the most watery, tasteless ones I've ever bought, AND the most expensive too.

Terrible store! It’s way too small the bathroom is always super nasty, they play favoritism to certain employees and the store manager screams in the face of employees! I’ve seen management be rude to the paying customers and then literally dog the customer behind their back! It’s the worst Tops in the area! They leave the old egg cartons in break room and it stinks to high heaven and I’m sure it attracts bugs and rats!!! Head to wegmans guys it’s wayyy better! Fresh meats and produce! Each employee has a wonderful smile and is so helpful! I’d go toSave a lot b4 I’d go 2 this Tops ??.I’d give 0 ⭐️ if it was possible!

I have called to order pizza and wings several times in the past few months. The first time, the lady who answered in the deli knew nothing about taking an order or prices. When asked if there was anyone who did know, I was told no. The second time the phone rang and rang. This third time it rang and rang then I got disconnected so I called back only to be put on hold for so long that I couldn't wait anymore. If you don't have staffing for the deli, why continue to advertise fresh pizza and wings?

I recently had an unsettling experience at this store. I was accused of stealing by an employee, simply because I had a couple of packs of chips that happened to be carried by the store. It would have been reasonable for the employee to fact-check or consult security footage before making such an accusation based solely on a barcode scan.Barcodes aren't unique to a specific store, and scanning an item doesn't necessarily mean it belongs to that store. For instance, a bag of Cheetos from one store can still scan at other stores, but that doesn't make it their property. If I'd had access to my phone, I could have easily clarified this.What added to the frustration was that the employee took my property - a package of chips - and attempted to make me leave the store. The situation could have been handled more professionally and respectfully.As a customer, I felt uncomfortable and misunderstood by an employee who seemed unaware of basic barcode functionality. I believe that employees in retail should be well-informed and respectful in their interactions.My hope is that this review brings attention to the importance of accurate knowledge and respectful customer service. I believe every customer deserves to be treated fairly and respectfully. I also hope this incident prompts the store to address such situations with more professionalism.Edit: Since this review, I have contacted the manager of this location and have confirmed that I am not banned from the store. I will return and if I have a good experience, i will update my review accordingly

Horrible customer service!! I would give this tops ZERO stars. I went in to shop on Thursday 8/24 in the afternoon. I went to put something back in the dairy section I did not want and the stock guy gave me a snotty additude said "why don't you want that one" and he walked away. Are you kidding me I was shocked that a worker would talk to a store patron like that. I was going to talk to management but what is the point this tops has the worst workers most have additudes like they do not care. This is why I rarely DO NOT ever go to this tops and will never go to this one again. ?????

The night manager is wonderful. She is always hard at work and willing to stop what she’s doing to help. I’m thankful for people like her. It seems rare these days. Her name starts with a S I believe. Brovo Tops! You have a great hardworking young lady.

Just spent the night in the hospital with severe food poisoning. Spoke with manager Tim was extremely disrespectful unsympathetic. And blamed me for getting food poisoning rather than taking responsibility. I should have known not to buy any meat from here. By the way these pictures looked when I first got there the butcher cut me fresh steaks from back, he said.don't ever go here. I will NEVER go to tops again! Not even for water. I'll starve before i go back here. Tim I hope you get food poisoning what goes around comes around.

Customer Service EXCELLENT! VERY RESPECTFUL YOUNG LADY NAME CLARISSA TROMELL WAITED ON ME. BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN SOMETIMES I HAVE A HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING ALL THE NEW STUFF..THIS YOUNG LADY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT MY WESTERN UNION TRANSACTION, SO POLITE AND RESPECTFUL! SHE REPRESENTS TOPS VERY WELL, ILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN AND WILL RECCOMEND OTHER AS WELL. THE OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT I ENCOUNTER WERE ALSO POLITE.

Let's be real here. "Tops express" has been long gone since the neighborhood overpopulated. Accommodate. Keep your shelves stocked.... Figure out your cultural demographic.... Keep FRESH PRODUCE. Hire workers!!!!! Customer service Is NEVER OPEN. After the mass shooting, managers came, things were perfect!! Bring back that same energy!!!

Went to order a sub. Sign said ring bell so I lightly gave the bell a ding ding ding. A girl yelled from behind the counter "ring it once hold on" she then came from behind the counter and told me I was ignorant for ringing more than once. Asked for a manager was told no the manager is busy. Several minutes later I finally got to talk to a manager and she gave me subs for half price which I didn't ask for but roll was stale and hard.

I usually have avoided shopping here for various reasons, but I must say, in the past year they have really won my vote... their staff is responsive, the stores are clean and much more inviting than they traditionally had been... I still think the prices are a bit higher here than the competitors, so I so the sales and love the Flashfood app for the great deals it offers. In the Buffalo area, you can only use the app at Tops

Would be nice if tops made brands available at all the tops locations. Produce is the worst, lucky to have for 24 hours without it going bad or they are already moldy before purchased

Every Friday there is only 1 person at Customer Service, Between Lottery and Paychecks being cashed there should be another employee helping back there .
