Very fast at fixing my screen and also my wife's, on top of that they saved my money on a self healing screen protector for 24 bucks instead of liquid glass for 75 that didn't work.

Today we went in to get help with a black screen of death, and Tyler was awesome! He was considerate of this being an unexpected expense, and was extremely friendly and helpful. He addressed every concern we had and made us feel so much better about the situation. After having gone to the carrier and getting zero help, Tyler’s transparency was beyond appreciated. Thank you!

Don’t go here. I brought my phone in to get the screen fixed and it went through my insurance. when I picked up the phone it looked good then i got out in the car and i noticed it had a black spot on it so I took back in and the guy told me he should go away blah blah blah so i left because he seemed to not care at all. now almost 3 weeks later screen is completely defective. Thanks for ruining my phone. Avoid at all costs will be filing with the BBB

Went to the west Seneca store first at 1018 Union Road West Seneca, NY 14224. Was very dissatisfied with the store and the personnel. Would not recommend.I then went to the Cheektowaga store. Tyler and Rai were excellent. They were very knowledgeable about my problem with my phone. It has been fixed perfectly. I then had a problem with connecting my phone with my truck. They helped me with that too. They went over and above to help me. I fully and wholeheartedly recommend the staff at the Cheektowaga store. I fully appreciate their professionalism.

the repair was quick ... I was expecting to wait a day or two for the part to come in, and then wait until they could get to it ... but fortunately I didn't have to wait long ... the repair took less than an hour ... so I dropped off my phone and went and ran a couple errands then went back to pick it up

They replacedbthe screen on a friend's Pixel phone and did a great job.My only complaint was that the switch board operator (corporate) who set up the appointment (who wasn't at the actual shop) promised a discount that she wasn't allowed to offer.But a great tech team at the repair store.

I thought I had a battery problem with my IPhone. I could not tell if the phone was on or off - the screen would not turn on even when charging - I was afraid the battery had completely failed. The Asurion service technician was super friendly and helpful. He offered to put the phone on a scan - but before doing so felt some feedback through the home button and announced the phone was in fact "on" but the screen just wasn't responding. He remembered a little trick to reset the phone and ipso facto - the screen was working and it turned out there was no problem with the battery or charging. The technician would not accept a fee for the very quick fix (how often does that happen?) so I promised a good review and here it is. Although I hope not to have another problem, if I do, I would not hesitate going back to this location for fair treatment.

Very unhappy with them. I brought my sons PS5 in for repair( no video- second time) The first time they repaired the HDMI port on the console and after a month the same problem occurred. I took it back for repair a second time and they said they would take a look at it. After at least 10 days no one ever contacted me. I finally got ahold of somebody and they told me that the console was unrepairable and that they couldn't help me. I got to take it to another repair shop and the guy was able to take a look at it. After 2 days he contacted me and told that the HDMI port(same problem as before? was bad. The soldering of the port was botched up. All he did was replaced it. If I would have listened to the tech at Asurion I would have spent another $400 on a new unit instead of paying $75 on a new HDMI port(Which Asurion fixed the first time)

The Walden Ave. store delivered the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in a long time. Prior to visiting this store two other stores were out of stock and just pushed me to another store. I'm glad they steered me to Jake who handled the OOS situation professionally by getting the item from another store and following up with me inside of 24 hours. Extremely professional and courteous. A rarity in this day and age!

Unfortunatly, the store is understaffed and the other technician had to go to another store. This is by no fault of Asurion or the technicians. I received excellent customer care none the less. The only negative experience I had was lack of communication and my phone taking longer than 3 hrs. This was due to one person handeling the entire store, and understandable.

I had an issue with my ipad's charging port, so I decided to go here since they've been pretty reliable for me in the past. Jake was friendly and able to fix it in about 10 minutes.
