Twice I tried to do an Amazon return and twice they refused it saying I needed to contact the manufacturer despite Amazon's directions to the contrary. Don't use this store if you want to do Amazon returns

Whenever I go here for a return, the blonde woman who works there is so pleasant, organized, prompt and kind. What a great employee, she always brightens my day. Especially when returning things that don't work- already a little aggravated from unrelated incompetence. She is a peach. Give her a raise cuz she's always running around and gets things DONE, quickly and the right way. Lovely to see you everytime mam, you are winning at life!

This is the worst location considering I paid for a box there was a mix up with the mailing to my correct box the employees are nasty accommodating at all have the worst attitudes they should not represent ups at all they are a excellent company the employees at this location should be fired or at least given a course on customer service it was horrible

Called inquiring about a lost package , owner was very nasty, hung up in my face.. i called and Abby answered and she was horribly nasty as well hanging up in my face etc. because i was trying to get info on my package that UPS lost. Whether i called the right place or not in regards to my concern my problem was not handled well at all by them i do not recommend them nor the facility! They couldn’t give me a clear answer or a help on ANYTHING in regards too getting an update or possibly info im missing. I have called BBB on them because as an owner he handled this very poorly and was extremely nasty to a customer … and the employees are just as worse! No regards or sympathy to a customer who wasted THEIR MONEY because a package that I wasn’t even able to receive was lost on THEIR END
