It was my first time returning or even sending a package an they simplified the process I was kinda in a panic because I had no idea on how to handle the situation and really made it easy I told my whole family now I’m at ease :)

I love this location. I use this store for my faxing, copying, shipping and all my other printing needs. The staff is so friendly. A couple in particular, but I dont want to show favoritism, it just seems like I always get them. The prices are way cheaper than Fed ex too.

This UPS store and staff stole cash and personal content out of my bag that the hotel nearby provided them the responsibility and liability to package and ship over to me in Canada. Unbelievable. Absolutely shocking.They also lied to me that they have no cctv at the store and could not show me and footage of the Holiday INN staff member handing over my bag to them and had everything secretly recorded. The hotel staff even provided me video proof showing and handing over my forgotten bag with cash and contents in it. I will be suing this location soon hopefully. Red handed completelt caught for this absolutely disgusting unprofesional appallling behavior. Do not do any business with this UPS store. Very shady business practice and thieves. Apparently this is the 4th time or so this location has been subject to this since they opened up few years back.

Charges $3 just to print knowing you will need to at least print something to do anything there. They are like the only place charging that much to print. What costs that much the ink or the paper, neither do. I understand making a profit but to literally print a page.

This particular location has horrific customer service. We have a national corporate contract with UPS store to be able to bring our equipment in, have it packaged and sent. Previously the manager at this location refused to print me a second label when I sent 2 separate packages from 2 separate individuals. This evening an employee told me she would not place a 1 inch piece of tape on a box edge just to be sure it didn’t pop open in transit. She said I could buy some or go home, tape it closed and bring it back. I don’t feel as though I should have to bring the contract up. Just show some common courtesy. I do my best to avoid this location and suggest everyone else does as well. There’s another store less then 4 miles away with excellent customer service.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, I was in the store for less than 5 minutes and had no issues with getting my packages shipped out. Highly recommend this location!
