I use the store a lot & everytime I have dealt with the associates it the store I'm always greeted with a smile on there face & they help me with any question I might have or help solve a problem I might have...They are great to work with...

Every time I have a package to mail out I always go to the UPS store. They are extremely helpful with everything. Sometimes I need to print package labels they take care of that for me. They are very fast and efficient very polite and courteous and patient with me because sometimes I don’t always come prepared. They help me every step of the way and that’s the main reason why I shipped via UPS over any other carrier services.

Efficient. Convenient. They accept Amazon returns at no cost. Just setup your return on Amazon site and have UPS scan the generated QR code. Also, had a good experience with UPS store printing a large custom birthday card I designed. The rep was able to convert the obscure file format I used into PDF. Easy peasy

Came in to return our spectrum equipment at 3:05pm, left with our mission accomplished at 3:08pm. The dude was so fast and polite.Store was clean and staff was friendly.Highly recommend ?

Believe the reviews in regards to a extremely rude woman who behaves in a very unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending manner.If you have a Service Dog this is not the location to bring your business.My concern is for ppl like war Veterans who not necessarily want a big dog or seniors who still want to be independent but rely on small dogs to do so, dogs that are trained to help with hearing like alerting with the sounds of an ambulance or nudging their owner when in line and is their turn because they can't hear the cashier, etc.Before I walk in I look for the sign, No sign stating No dogs allowed.Rather than having a disrespectful and unprofessional Karen address your customers, my humble suggestion is you just put a sign at the door, and if you were the owner understand, their is no need of treating costumers with so much displeasure, rudeness and disrespect, is only creating you more bad reviews.You are afraid of dogs? Is Understandable, rather than coming out so rude, just apologize and let the costumer know another staff will assist them. "I apologize so and so here will assist you in a moment" smile and then switch with the other staff (there was a younger staff female assisting someone else) If you are alone then sorry but dogs are becoming more and more essential for ppl with disabilities and mental struggles. Veterans with a support dog can't literally walk out their homes and function without their dog (PTSD) and because they still have their dignity and after fighting for your freedom many of them aim to still look normal and not walk around with a big dog or a dog with ID or tags and No! The ADA does not require service animals to wear a vest, ID tag, or specific harness.She still serve me (made $$) but not without being unprofessional and disrespectful to a customer, ordering me to back off, stay away, it was so rude that even another customers ask her "you are afraid of this little dog?" 6 pounds dog, who was under my arm, harness and with a leash.And since I see how there is always a reply to ppl reviews showing very little interest in solving a problem and more in proving a point, followed with an apology that after reading so many bad reviews for the same store, is looking more and more like an empty apology.....again, Just put a No Dogs sign.With respect (what you didn't give me)Ann
