Whenever I go the 24 hour kiosk is either not working or the station where Priority packaging is located is never stocked. It's pretty frustrating when your work hours make it that you have to rely on services like the 24 hour kiosk when you're mailing things.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. Half the time when I go in the evening to use the self-service kiosk it's not working. Why bother to have it if it's down all the time? Wasting my time

driver lost my package (worth $900) because they delivered it to the wrong address. they said they’d go back and check at the other address, and never did. I asked them to check again the next day, and they never did. not only do they have a terrible driver, this post office is extremely difficult to get ahold of. you have to call them 3+ times for them to even answer.

Alright, why even go here? Spend the extra few bucks and go to UPS. They package your stuff for you and do a good job at it. Making sure it is protected the right way. No wonders USPS is going out of business.
USPS this place has zero concept of packaging your item for you. You're supposed to take pride in your work and package every item as if it's your Grandma's favorite vase. I brought an $800 video card there to be shipped to a friend, they wanted to just slap a label on the video card itself and ship it like that. I was like um no, that's $800, it needs a box and wrapping and stuff around it. They were less than helpful in getting that figured out. You know how I know? I worked in the shipping department for 4 years at a manufacturing facility and packed millions of dollars of product with literally zero damages ever. Take some damn pride in your work and package things right. Would you want your $800 video card shipped across the country and get to you and it doesn't work because it's broken? No, so package it right and get the customer their product in good condition.

Horrible customer service guy with long hair on front desk was super rude acted like he didn’t wanna help and told me my package doesn’t exist. Then proceeded to answer all questions with annoyed idks then figured out my package did exist.

August 17, 2024, I went into the post office for my passport, I went in another room with a employee by the name of Enver to get my picture taken for my passport, that individual proceeded to take my picture than he said Ohhhh your skin color is really dark, I have to turn the light back up. To take your pictures because I can’t see you the pictures ain’t coming out correctly, so I said excuse me I know what complexion my beautiful skin is I see it everyday, he said yeah I’m just being honest with you. In he laughed it off and trust I was still very taken back by his comment, so he takes the picture and I’m like dang you ain’t have to say that he said yeah I’m just being honest, I’m thinking if I say how he really just made me feel he would play games with my passport so a couple of hours later I called and made a complaint, I couldn’t stop looking at my complexion, I couldn’t stop thinking like dang, he made me feel like my skin complexion was a disease and he ain’t even apologize, I pretty much just kept a smile on my face not losing my cool because of his ignorance but that was hands down was very racist.

We’ll go days without the mail person coming ! It’s crazy - this always happens - been waiting for a package & the person hasn’t come to our neighborhood- another thing happened a few weeks ago - where the mail guy came & my partner was supposed to be receiving a package - he had to chase him down to ask because nothing was delivered - mail guy says he doesn’t have anything - then he comes back to say he “found it”??? Make that make sense! Just like the other lady says! I have a feeling the nail person will just stop their shift & not finish the rest of their route - how can a whole neighborhood go DAYS without receiving mail!

Horrible horrible horrible. Mean and rude workers at the post office and their mail carriers aren’t any better.
I never had an issue with any mail carrier until recently.
No one answers when you try and call to make a report!
They allow their post carriers to lie and make up stories and make it hard to get our mail. We have cameras and footage of their mail carrier lying but management still sided with their mail carrier. SMH whatever happened to the good and friendly mailman?

We had an appointment. Woman who did passports was rude, 30 minutes late, and ended up filing the wrong pictures for each passport. I do not recommend going there for passports. We had to redo all the paperwork.
