Big store but a small selection and not enough workers. Plan on long waits.

Just an awful place … if you don’t plan on spending a minimum of 4 hours there, don’t go. I thought I would change things up by ordering a charging cable online and have it already paid for would eliminate the hassle… I WAS WRONG.
I ordered it and it did say may take up to two hours to be ready . It wasn’t. I went in and the check-in gal said I’d have to sign in .. I told her I was here to just pick up an already paid for item, she still insisted I sign in . Ok, so I did. It said I was 12th in line … whaaaaaa?????
So, seeing the two hour window had passed, I was not about to wait 12 people out for an already ordered and paid for item .
I went back to my car, called Verizon from the parking lot of Verizon and cancelled my order. A $19 cable wasn’t worth the wait. I did in fact get a message from Verizon about an addl hour and a half ready saying my order was ready. A 3 1/2 hour wait for a less than $20 cable wasn’t worth it. So, moral of the story….. STAY OUT OF THERE!
I mean, what ever happened to the quick cashier for the people that just want a cable ( or any accessory)?

Ordered my new phone 12/20 was told i had 30 days to trade in a phone.went in on 1/15 with my blackberry (which was dead at the time) Was told by Jay ( I think) that I could trade in any phone as long as theycould get the imeim info and if i added a new line (which was the situation) returned Monday 1/20 All of a sudden was told something completely different was told there was no record of me being there on 1/15. Was yelled at in the middle of the store and gaslighted by Janice who purposefully mislead me to believe she was the manager to then bully me into just doing what she wanted to get me out of the store. In addition she told me there were only 3 men who worked at that location when I looked at those 3 she pointed out I said it was a different person I spoke with. She told me there were no other men who worked there. I pointed out that there were cameras and to check them as I was there and the person even took a picture of my blackberry. As they had not seen one in such a long time. After a bit it came out that there was a man there Wednesday named Jay. She even went so far as to try to call him to prove I was lying and said even if Jay has a picture of the blackberry doesn't mean what i was saying was true. She also admitted that you could turn in the blackberry with a new line, but when I pointed out that I had a new line she still refused to help. At that point i found out she was not the manager and asked to speak with them and to have my phone back which at first she refused and then finally relented and stated "I hope you get charged for it". I spoke with John who was unwilling to really help, he did apologize and said he would "speak with Janice." After this I also ask John to fix my verizon app at this point was the first time I was asked for my ID..... so yeah they didn't even bother to verify my identity or really even look at my account. If I would have known the horrible way they treat their customers I would never have come to verizon. Also in the 45minutes I was there the manager was asked for 3 times. One of the people complaining was also told there was not a record of his transaction from a prior day...so I see a trend here. Whatever you do make sure you make them give you everything in writing!! Because next time the information will be radical different and you will be purposefully mislead and yelled at.

Horrible service the coverage is so bad that I can't even go online while out. Been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs and the 1st maybe 10 or so yrs were OK but now that I'm having issues with coverage I'm out as soon as I pay my 2 devices off. Spectrum has free cell phone service for a yr then after you only pay $30 /mo. I'm still on a grandfather plan cause they have 0 affordable plans for single line users but why would I even care since the coverage is horrendous? My speed tests showed 24mbps and upload speeds are 0.1. What a joke! And yes I did all the troubleshooting and everyone at Verizon would blame it on my devices but it's more than one device it happens with and they realized it was the coverage they said the engineers told them that the area has bad coverage but you're supposed to be a nationwide company but the coverage is so bad around here! I just had to go and beg for some kind of loyalty promotion because you're raising my bill $9 more plus what is it with this stupid safety mode setting you have now? So I'm expected to go in settings on the my Verizon app and switch to that every time I go out? If it wasn't for my home internet that I use for my devices I would have left this company ages ago. This company is the worst and the most expensive carrier in my area there's no reason to rip people off like this!

Today they treated me very well, but the other day they made me wait more than two hours just to tell me that they did not have the cell phone that I wanted to buy, if you want to leave there soon, you must arrive early so that they can serve you first, otherwise you can be waiting a long time.

I came to buy a replacement SIM card as I damaged mine. I didn't have phone with me, I just wanted to buy a Sim that I could register myself at a later time. I was not asking for anything free. The employees down right refused to sell me a Sim card, told me the only way I was getting a Sim was if I bought a new phone. I promptly transferred and ported my number away from Verizon. Get bent with your rude employees.

I came to this location on 6/25 with my family to discuss options for a phone upgrade. My parents had received an email that we qualified for a free upgrade, had come to the store 3 weeks prior, and were told once they made their payment for the month of June the old phones would be paid off and everyone on the plan would qualify for free upgrades. On arrival to the store, we were met by a very rude employee. My parents (being older) had a lot of questions for her and she was getting visibly frustrated with them. While my parents were talking to her, she interrupted them to answer a phone call from her Door Dash Driver, and then left us in the store while she went out to get her food. She also told us she couldn’t help us with the new phone upgrades because on her end we were not eligible and made us call customer service ourselves while at the store. She then proceeded to “go in the back to check on something” but made sure to grab her door dash order and was gone for nearly 20 minutes. We requested to speak to a manager and were told that the manager was on lunch break and were met by another employee who was incredibly rude, telling my father (who is a retired Verizon employee with over 30 years of service) that “you can’t have the cheapest plan and get new phones for free, the world doesn’t work that way” and refused to look into why the offers on our Verizon app were not matching what they were seeing on their end. My parents inquired about upgrading to the more expensive “premium” plan that included free upgrades and were again met with sass. My father asked if there were any discounts on the premium plan for former employees and she laughed at him, and quickly said no without looking into it. We were very patient and calm with this employee despite the terrible service, and she continued to be rude and told us there was nothing she could do to help us. Not to mention there were 4-5 other employees standing around the store doing nothing. We have been Verizon customers for a very long time, but considering the customer service and how they treat former employees we are seriously considering switching carriers.

This was An awful experience first walk in to two really rude women on Friday May 17,2024 I was not there to buy anything but I was have questions about why my watch service was not working as a phone because I am paying for a line and it wasn’t hooked up right. They would not help me trouble shoot for Chris the manager was the same way. Not one ounce of troubleshooting on his any either! Never again!

Don't bother making an appointment. I made one and they took 3 people ahead of me who didn't have one. Spent over an hour here to hand over my old phone because they were not able to process my trade in all in one day.
