Terribly ran location, the wait is always insane and the upper management does nothing to alleviate it. There is usually only one person on register AND photo and the lines are ridiculous.

Terrible pharmacy! Can never get through calling them. Always disconnects. Sometimes they automatically refill your prescription and sometimes they don’t. If you don’t regularly check you may run out. When checking status it says processing and then you find out they never started the prescription! Definitely changing pharmacies

The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Clueless inattentive employees. Expect to be standing around the check out counter for a while waiting for employees who can care less. Photo area is rarely attended. If you do get someone to help you they don’t know where anything is and seem bothered to serve you. There’s this one older female (late 60s-70s) employee who is extremely rude, unfriendly and 100% miserable. It blows my mind how she treats paying customers. Management should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such people to represent Walgreens. Then to top it off the entrance from Borden Rd. is just like jumping a curb. Ridiculous…

The older woman at the register, and is also a shift lead, needs to find work elsewhere because she’s clearly miserable.You’re not gonna feel any better by treating people poorly.I hope you get help or leave because you’re clearly not happy.You should not be in customer service.

I had my 4-year-old niece at my house. And she had an asthma attack. And had forgotten her fast-acting inhaler. I went into the store and a woman named Megan came and helped me and could see I was in a bit of a panic. She helped me get what I needed and I was able to get out there quickly. Exemplary service!

I was trying to pickup a Western Union which was an absolute nightmare to no fault of my own or the Walgreens. It was Western Union that messed up several times over & over again, Walgreens employee Mina went ABOVE & BEYOND her call of duty to speak to the WU rep & work on getting issues resolved. Mina wouldn't let WU shove me aside to another location as they had done every day for 10 days prior to this. Mina hung in there and finally got a resolution for me. You don't find stellar customer srvc like Mina provided to me anymore. Thanks Mina!! French Rd/Borden location
