I come here for all my prescriptions and I never had an issue. I also like coming here to take advantage of some of their sale items. For me this store is perfect for my candy fix.

On Tuesday, November 23rd I went to Wellnow Urgent Care and the doctor had called in (Medrol) Methylprednisole 4mg pill pack which is a steroid medication that he prescribed for my hives, and I had a prescription for eardrops. When I walked back to the pharmacy I handed the cashier my photo id, & my insurance cards. Then she asked me for my date of birth and I said 8/18/86 and she kept saying 1983 and I said no, I had to repeat myself several times. When she had my id in her hand so she could have easily checked it on there. Then the pharmacist got nasty she said that even though the doctor called in the prescriptions before I got there. That they weren't going to be filled that night, because they are closing. The pharmacist acted all huffy like she was doing me a favor. When the pill pack was already done and it was in a box anyways. All she had to do was put a printed out sticker label on the box, and apparently she claimed the eardrops that I was prescribed weren't covered by my health insurance so she came back and threw a box of over the counter eardrops on the counter and the cashier tried to charge me $10 for them and I said I don't have the money to pay for them. Then the cashier very snobily said well, then I guess you don't get your eardrops and she took them off my order and she threw the box of pills at me and she told me to leave. Then I got all the way to the front of the store and I was locked in, so I had to wait for the cashier at the front of the store to unlock the door for me so I could leave. I can say after this poor experience, that the next time I need a prescription I will request for it to be filled at Walgreens! I had to go to Walgreens anyways to buy the cheapest eardrops I could find since I didn't have much money. I had to scrape money together to buy them, which is pretty sad considering that my insurance should have covered them. The pharmacist had a very unprofessional tone of voice, and a very uncaring attitude. I realize it was the end of her shift and she had a long day, but I was a patient who didn't feel good and I was in pain. I just needed my medicine so I could go home.

This is such a great store. They have extended hours even in the pharmacy and the front store and pharmacy staff are very attentive and willing to help. They also have delivery everyday and offer pickup through the drive thru if you call ahead! Medicine was ready in 5mins after I got there from urgent care.

Grateful that this pharmacy has a drive-thru option and they're open with later-than-standard hours. Hoping to not need them again any time soon. ;-)

Very rude people working here. Watch out for the chubby older blond with glasses she's the worst!

went back to rite aid this afternoon (5/3) and spoke with the manager about my metformin incident yesterday. The managers name was Karen S, and she gave me the right brand that works for my diabetes. They had plenty in stock so I dont have to worry about them not having my brand. Karen was very professional & polite and immediately took care of this situation. WOW I think I will stay at this rite aid after all. They need more pharmacists like her in all the stores

Open 24 hours a day! I didn't know Rite Aids had locations like that. This has a well lit parking lot and plenty of parking at 5 am. Early in the day it's well organized, they probably do it during the midnight hours. A-OK

My review is based on the pharmacy at this location, as I didn't interact with anyone in the rest of the store. The pharmacy was by far the worst I've experienced at Rite Aid. The whole time I was on the phone they just sounded annoyed to be speaking with me, and though they messed up my medication they weren't even apologetic and never tried fixing the situation. With so many other pharmacies around I'm really not sure why anyone would choose this one.

This review will mention Zombies. I'm not even kidding. This Rite Aid is expensive (but most are) and not the friendliest. However, one of the employees (blonde, young, female), is always nice to me when I'm here running errands and for that reason it gets a 2 rather than a 1. I'm not a fan of the big chains and of the prices at the pharmacies now, but I'm more likely to stop into this Rite Aid than the one by my house, because of the employee in question. And no I don't have a crush on her, she's just friendly and I'd rather give my money to someone friendly than someone that acts like a zombie as a lot of cashiers seem to do these days.

I like this rite aid. I have gone to a lot of pharmacies and I have to say if there was a gun to my head and they said pick a one or I'll blow your head off, hole in my head or not I would pick this one not only because of the hours but also because I truly believe at least one of the pharmacist actually care about you. I was running out of my prescription and the pharmacist actually called my doctor to change it so that I won't run out early anymore . The cashiers are not the nicest in the front but the rest is amazing

Customer service is so bad here. Cashiers act like the world is ending just because they have to ring you out. Huffing and puffing like they just ran 5 miles! Helllloooooo....that's your job!!! Too many other places around to shop for the same stuff and better service elsewhere.
