“My wife and I were in the area and we decided to try the USPS in Chenango Bridge as opposed to the facility in Whitney Point. Jessica, Clerk #3 is absolutely amazing! She immediately greeted us with a big and warm smile upon entering the facility. She was pleasant, friendly and happy to help! I asked her if she had any plastic and padded Priority Mail envelopes available. Jessica smiled, replied, "Yes" and quickly retrieved an envelope for me. She was processing some reports in the rear and indicated for us to ring the service bell when we were ready. Jessica quickly processed our package and asked if we could complete a feedback survey about our experience. I informed her that I am a huge Google Reviewer and that I would do so. This facility is clean, well stocked and maintained. We will definitely be returning here to handle USPS matters!”
“Great staff, do their best to put up with a lot of nonsense and complainers that clearly know what the posted hours are, and that they only have one counter person yet still find time to sigh like they have more important things to do than stand in lines. “My first post office review and I must say this location is great for many reasons. Plenty of parking, no matter what time of day. The lady at the counter is very friendly. The location is easy to get in & out of. This is located on the old Bible College Campus Grounds. Check it out sometime.”
