“Gail is amazing! She helped me mail a package that I had pre-paid the postage on online. Even though her office isn’t set up to scan QR codes and process these transactions, she spent a good chunk of time finding the best way to get my package out. Give that lady a raise, she’s above and beyond customer service.”

“The people make this Post Office the best! Customer service, kindness, reliability and professionalism. I live in North Adams, I work in Williamstown but I bring my mail to Pownal VT! A short drive for lovely people who actually seem to really enjoy their profession is worth it. Keep up the great work everyone!!!”

“Friendly staff, helpful carriers. I rate this post office 95/100. Certain carriers deliver with no regard for the instructions posted on the article being delivered. When the article clearly states "DO NOT BEND" and the carrier bends it to fit into my mailbox instead of leaving a pickup (at the post office) notice it's a bit frustrating; hence, 95/100. Otherwise this post office does a great job for us!”
