Very helpful, very friendly and very professional. I had an adventure yesterday since I was driving from Albany to Sodus, NY and decided to take the scenic route. Not far into my journey on Rte 20 I saw I was running a bit hot, so I kept and eye on the temp gauge. Well I just about overheated on a big hill. i pulled over into a parking area and was thinking this is gonna be fun. So after a search I saw I was not far from Dustin's. So I limped in. Thinking this is gonna be fun. A person pulling in a garage off the road with an emergency. Dollar signs were flashing in my mind. Was so happy that I picked this place. They were awesome. Quickly figured out the problem, got the needed part and had me on my way as fast as they could. They even offered me lunch. Thanks! You all did a great job and made what could have a been a bad situation worse into a nice side trip on a drive home.

Was told they can work on European cars (VW specifically) and they CAN NOT. While the hourly labor rate is cheap, they use cheaply made after market parts that are not good for European cars. Seem like nice guys but definitely don’t know what they’re doing for European cars; their “quick fix” ended up doing extensive damage to my ignition system.

Dustin and his team are stand up folks and very knowledgeable! I'm a truck driver that was broke down in Cherry Valley and with Dustin's quick and reasonably priced service got me up and running in no time. I highly recommended! Thanks again Dustin!!!

Not the place to go to when buying a car. Definitely not a man of his word. Buyer beware and get everything in writing. Hopefully that will protect you. My experience with them was not anything to do with my finances. Was promised a car for a certain price and waited months for them to get the car ready. They then backed out of the deal and wanted me to buy a more expensive car. It's a shame they have to blame someone else for their bad businessService: Brakes

We tried to patient and considerate with dustin throughout the entire process but overall it was not a good experience and lacked major communication on his endI had bought a 2016 jeep patriot in may, coming out to a total of $9999, which he did sell to me at 17Before picking up the jeep, he had told us he was going to fix up a few things including putting on new breaks, which never happenedThe second week of having the jeep both the driving function and breaks cut out while i was drivingTrouble starting, stalling, going into limp mode and a number of other issues right after purchaseI will give him credit on the fact that he was often able to take the jeep in with little to no notice and that he did work on the car cost free to me but with very little contact and after many many time to the shop with the same reoccurring problems I question what was actually done to the jeepHe had told us he brought the jeep to a different shop two times, but after receiving no paper work we called the shop and the jeep had never been brought thereAnother MAJOR ISSUE here is that he neglected to tell us that the jeep had been in a serious accident while under another owners name. We found this out AFTER all of this and when we brought it in to a dealership and they ran a car fax report. Every reputable dealer who deals with used cars especially should be running car fax reports and being honest with potential customers.It has been a challenge to keep in contact with him throughout this whole process and when I chose to not continue with trying to figure out what was wrong with the jeep he originally offered to see what he could give me for itBut after both my parents and myself tried to get in contact with him about this, he would not answer or return or calls, as well as not responding to text messages or voicemailsWe have since gotten rid of the vehicle and took a big loss on it, but taking it as a learning experience and will not be returning to dustin’s automotive anytimeOverall, I would not trust OR recommend this shop to anyone for any reason.

This place sucks. The old ownership was way better. They’ve screwed me over on vehicle repairs. Don’t trust all these 5 star reviews as they are probably reflective of the old establishment.

I have been bringing my fleet of trucks to Dustin's Auto for a few years now. Dustin has seen it all. He and his staff have repaired and maintained my units so well. I would not hesitate to drive any one of them to Alaska and back. They tow, repair, and service just about anything; from new cars to old wrecked cars. They even repair motorcycles and lawn equipment. Once I even had the Opportunity to watch them repair a bicycle for someone. They service just about anything with professionalism and pride in their work.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Has my idker pulley seize up and broke my belt,a few miles outside of town.I was on a load,Pilot Car, and needed fixed fast.Talked to Dustin the owner, he had his guys in it quick.Belts I carry weren't right size. He called all over for a new belt. None close by.He looked at what I had,and Saud if we move the pulley over and use it as down pressure I'd be good.So, he fabricated a new idler pulley bracket up.Took a little bit,but it worked.Can't say enough about this place and Dustin the owner,as well as his guys.His wife,Becca,I believe was great too.10 star's in my book!Thanks again Dustin!

Dustin’s garage has always gone above and beyond to get my vehicles in for service as quickly as possible. Even with extremely short notice. He was extremely helpful, friendly. And he didn't try to sell us service. Fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't charge us 2 ladies from New Hampshire. Excellent service. NOT TO MENTION, HE IS EXTREMELY CUTE! thank you for helping fix our jeep so we can get back home 6 hours away. MAKE SURE AND GIVE THIS MAN YOUR SERVCIE.

bought a car off of dustin and his lovely crew, a little after my motor starting ticking. took it to dustin he got it in right away and took care of it for me with his lovely crew and ofc bill rose! got it all fixed and also helped with my payments while it was there! most definitely recommend dustin and his lovely crew!!
