The pharmacy drive through needs to hold guidelines for pickup. I waited 20mins for the car in front me for my 2 minute, 1 prescription order. If an order is not ready or has an insurance issue they must come inside. That should not be optional.

Typical CVS, no frills. The Doctor/Pharmacist in the back is knowledgeable but needs to work on people skills. Kinda comes off a little annoyed, but seems alright.

I just wanted to share the positive experience I had at CVS (Chester, NY). The woman who helped me, Catherine, was wonderful. She was kind, warm, and very approachable! She really made my CVS visit really pleasant. Great customer service like that truly makes a difference!
