RC don't bank with this damn thieving KeyBank they do nothing but take cost you money there damn dispute department is a joke they let the people that rob you of your money keep it and they don't dispute a damn thing

Our family has worked with the residents of the Chester community since 1950, in both a personal and professional relationship. I started with the Chester National Bank in 1973, which in time became KEY BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION.KEY BANK provided a direct mailing to the residents of the community showing our support and patronage of this BANK so as to entice others in the community to also retain the services and products of Key Bank.Atrocious is the manner by which elderly members of the community were treated by the banks failure in properly encoding accounts, which then escheated to the State or KEY BANK CHARGED MONTHLY paper fees for statements which we asked on numerous occasions cease.Please see KEY BANK response below - on three occasions I have forwarded all the information. We forwarded the information as requested below and we are still waiting months later.This bank is on life support, and I think it is only a matter of time before the plug is pulled on this branch, like they pulled the plug on the Monroe Branch a couple years ago.

Quote - Un-Quote. I strongly suggest placing your funds or seeking assistance in financial matters by any other facility in the nearby area.

Avoid this place. Customer service sucks. The Mgr has an attitude problem. Opened up an account at TD Bank across the street just because they were much nicer.
