The cashier Karen at Garden center yells at consumer. The first time she yells at me to get back further, I move backwards and wait for my turn to check out. If I’m too close, I somebody to KINDLY remind me. After a while she yells at me again to move back further. It’s her responsibility not to tell clearly how much she want a consumer to move. Does she want a consumer 1 feet or 10 feet? And is “move back rule” her own rule or Lowe’s rule? I follow rules that makes everyone life better. If there is a rule like this, I think the store better draw some line on the floor shows the perfect distance or put up a sign. I don’t want to go to a store where a stuff yells at consumer. I feel very upset and depressed with my shopping experience on July 4th. It should be a happy holiday for me. Karen really makes me feel so bad this day!

While checking out of the garden center, the cashier, Karen, started yelling at us and every customer as they approached the register area - “Stand further away from the register! You’re on top of me! Have some respect! You’re carts are touching!!!” She then turned to another customer and said “These people are so disrespectful of boundaries!” I didn’t respond - was afraid she might start crying. Very odd behavior. This was 5/18/24 at 11:40a in Chester. I’ll stick to Home Depot where their employees are more emotionally stable.

Clean and helpful when you can get someone to help you... I don't know if it's because we typically go in on a Sunday but, unfortunately, it feels like you have to turn yourself inside out to get someone to help you. I prefer Home Depot, at least we are able to get service there. ?♀️

Had a samsung washer and dryer delivered Dec 3rd lowes installed both appliances . It's a summer home we opened up April 17th turned the dryer on and was making a grinding noise . Called Samsung they blamed lowes , called lowes they blamed Samsung. Finally Samsung came out and said the bottom of the dryer is dented in and when it spins its rubbing and making noise .I called lowes and they refuse to
To do anything . So now a $800 dollar dryer that is 4 months old used 1 for 5 minutes is no good
I did call and you guys referred me to samsung to get an ra number . They would not give me one due to the fact they didn't deliver the dryer . I then called you guys back and you said we do a 30 days warranty.
Just want to be clear I generally spend 25-50 k at your stores a year and they are getting worse . I would never buy a big ticket item from lowes again
