Will start this review by saying that i've been here before prepandemic, and probably have gotten various stuff here like lights, ceiling fans,paint, tiles. lowes is a big store like home depot with lots of choices. However, it seems nicer here because there isn't people in the front trying to sell solar panels. Anyways. Went here with my dad on Saturday April 6th 2024 to pick up some vinyl to use to seal a sink. store was very clean and organized. We also found what we needed right away, but did look in multiple aisles until we found what we wanted. we purchased a grey vinyl to help seal our sink. We paid for our product via self checkout. Hope to be back soon!

Went to Lowe’s to buy items for my new house and was confused on everything, that is until I met Michael Chiarito the assistant store manager. Not only did he help me pick out the appropriate light bulbs and garden materials, he personally walked us around the store and gave myself and my mom much needed advise on several other items we would need. I left the store feeling very knowledgeable and grateful to meet such a professional and friendly individual. We need more people like Mike. Would highly recommend this store especially Mike.

Worst customer service I've ever received at a Lowe's home improvement store. I stopped here because it's easy on/easy off the highway but the older man (I dare not call him a gentleman) at the customer service counter was horrible at his job and quite rude. Tried to find someone else in the store to help me but no employees could be found! Gave my business to Home Depot.

Came here to get wreaths that were on sale. After asking the 4th employee where they were he just happened to stumble upon them. Like I said in my last review they have a lot in store but mostly everything has to be ordered and their delivery service sucks.

The staff made getting what I nedded a snap in a huge rush. I walked in and got direction from the Returns Dept as I was walking swiftly by, got more clarification by the next person down the aisle, and the 3rd stopped me to inform me that their staff makes the duplicate keys instead of using a free-standing kiosk which can be a hassle if they don't work and you have to deal with the kiosk vendor, not Lowe's.I had a phenomenal staff member make the key and it was for pretty much the same price as the kiosk supposedly. The key worked perfectly!Semper fi sir, and thanks again!

We picked out a storm door online for $237.00. We inquired about installation. We were told that we would have to come in to set up an appointment and pay $35 fee.We came in and met with someone at the mill desk. When I asked what the installation cost would be I was told $300-$350!! Now our cost is almost close to $600. We immediately went for a refund, cancelled the install and headed home to call a handyman.An untrained clerk struggled on two computers to process a refund while a more experienced supervisor sat there watching her struggle. After 25 minutes i got my refund while a line formed behind me at 9:15. Loews lost this sale but expect they could care less.

I bought 3asian Lily that was on sale so gorgeous. Also had a chance to meet Cindy a saleslady when I ordered window shutters. She was so kind and helpful. The store was clean and well organized. Had a pleasant shopping time. Thank you!!

DO NOT SHOP AT @Lowes ! ESPECIALLY THEIR CHESTER, NY STORE #2685 They advertise on website "in stock" Lawn Fertilizer 15K Sq Ft at one price, when you get there it is not in stock. They then offer same product at smaller size (12K Sq Ft) for same price! So they want to sell you 80% of the product at 100% of the price! So instead of buying (2) 15K bags for $160, they try to get you to buy (3) 12K bags for $240. BAIT & SWITCH AT ITS WORST! HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR TO POST REVIEW. THEY DIDN'T EVEN EARN THAT

I went today to pick up an online order after I received confirmation it was ready to be picked up. I show up at the store and go to the pick up desk. The woman at the desk was on the phone so waited patiently for over 5 minutes to finish her call. She gets off the phone and leaves the desk and goes to the main desk for returns. Doesn’t say one word to me. I asked her what’s going on and she said that I should have been waiting on the long line for returns to get my pickup. There were no signs that the pickup desk was closed nor did she say a word. I got stuck having to wait additional time to pick up my item. That is poor customer service. I will think twice before I ever order anything online from this store or even shop there.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at Lowe's on June 29, 2023. I arrived at the store at 2:30 PM to return an item that I had purchased two days earlier. I had the receipt and the item in its original packaging. I waited in line for over an hour to speak to a customer service representative. When I finally got to the front of the line, the representative told me that they were not able to process my return because it was past the 90-day return policy. I explained that I had purchased the item with a Lowe's Commercial Account, which has a 365-day return policy. The representative said that they would have to check with a manager.I waited for another hour for the manager to come and speak to me. When the manager finally arrived, they told me that they would not be able to process my return because the item was not in stock. I explained that I was not trying to return the item for a refund, but rather to exchange it for a different item. The manager said that they were not able to do an exchange because the item was not in stock.I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Lowe's. I waited for over two hours to be told that I could not return or exchange an item that I had purchased with a valid receipt. I will not be shopping at Lowe's again in the future.

It seems like there r no employees was there for 45 minutes to get a piece of Plexiglas cut. I asked like 4 people which I had to search for Noone new how to cut it I told the 1 employee to give me his vest ID do it myself finally I found a man who wasn't to sure about it but did a great job n cut it for me. Very frustrating nothing like the commercials I watch with all the smiling employees rushing to help you with your needs. That's all just advertising. Not reality
