After four plus years with the same national bank, I grew frustrated dealing with a different person each time I entered the branch or called into the 800 number. I decided to give Orange Bank & Trust Company a chance to earn my business. Kathleen Cole at the Chester Branch showed her knowledge of her products and those of her competitors, alleviated my stress about what I perceived as a massive undertaking and made the transition easy. It has now been four to five months and not only has Kathleen been great but everyone at the branch has been nothing but helpful. Also, their online portal and smartphone application are incredibly user friendly.
