Had the pleasure of going into my Storage facility (ExtraSpace) Middletown NY. I met the Absolute nicest employee, District Lead Jaime LaFleur. She is a consummate professional and very knowledgeable not to mention just all around friendly person, she cares about the customer. She took the time to answer all my concerns I had about my unit, providing me with several great options. Upper management is definitely in her future. She also shared the great new direction the company is going to provide us with even better service at that location. I highly recommend that location and if Jaime is there take the time to engage in conversation with her, it will be worth your while.

I frequently hear that customer service is a vanishing species. Well there is good news, it's not extinct yet. I learned that today when Jaime took the time to make me feel appreciated and patiently walked me through the rental process. It was a revelation. She was thoughtful and kind. She even drove me over to look at my new storage space in a golf cart. How cool is that? It made the rental experience fun. I enjoyed it so much I am considering renting an additional unit just so I can get another ride, ha! Thanks Jaime!

Been at this storage facility for years. Once Extra Space Storage took over, the customer service has improved. Very affordable
