“I very rarely take this bus to visit my son. With that said, I recently decided to take the bus ride to visit him upstate, and I accidentally got on the wrong bus. My bus driver went out of her way to make sure I got to where I was going, and I truly appreciated it. The service she provided was impeccable! She told me her name, but unfortunately, my memory is not what it used to be. I'm not sure if it was Jessica or Jennifer, but I wanted to say thank you for making sure I arrived at my son's house safely!”
