Had an amazing ride with my 70 yr old mother for her birthday. The staff are all SO wonderful, friendly, and attentive. They really all went above and beyond for us and truly picked the best horses for us. 12/10 recommend this fabulous place and their amazing horses.

I have been horse back riding sense I was 4, I have been to over 20 different stables around the world to enjoy the pleasure of horse back riding in a new area while on vacation. This place was the closet to my hotel and I was extremely exited to go riding in a new terrain, however unfortunately the customer service was absolutely awful, the workers where rude and disrespectful despite it being one of my family members 16th birthday completely ruining her experience. I would not recommended this experience to absolutely anyone, they are not accommodating, and absolutely not worth the money. I have seen a lot of stables some top of the line others not buy no matter what it always looked as if the horses where kept in good condition, happy, and heathy however I genuinely felt awful for these horses.

If you ever think about going to circle b ranch, don’t. keep in mind, i have been riding horses for over 10 years, immediately when i walked in, i could tell the horses were not well kept. from the start, horrible service, we were not welcomed. we waited for around 20 minutes before we were greeted, then another 10 before actually getting started with the experience. everyone makes mistakes, ours was forgetting the waver, we let them know that we would shortly be getting a picture of the waver, that’s when they said they don’t even want our business anymore. we were confused, and ofcourse disappointed, but then we were denied a refund!!! so we did not receive a service, a refund, or respect. 0/10 experience. horrible customer service too. what a beautiful day wasted.

Earlier this morning, my family and I decided to go to the Circle B ranch to enjoy a nice morning riding up the mountain with horses. Little did I know, I would walk in and immediately be treated with utter disrespect. Walking in, there was no goodmorning, hello, or how are you, we were simply ignored. Following that, we had to turn in our waver, that we left in the car, we were getting a picture of it, when they told us that they did not even want us to attend anymore. When we told them we would have the waver soon, and asked to come back later, they told us that we threatened to sue them, which was never EVER said. Then, this is when disaster struck when they told us we were not receiving a refund OR their service. Truly shocked. Why did such a fun day have to be ruined? Definitely do not attend Circle B ranch if you are looking for good customer service and respect because that is the exact opposite of their ranch.

Had an amazing time. They had absolutely no problem taking us out in the pouring rain and due to weather and it was only myself and my friend so tour felt very personable. Tour guide was very friendly and educated us on a lot. Would definitely go again if ever back in the lake George area.

What a healing and wonderful experience with the horses and nature. We took the 2 hour horseback riding the horses, Chief and Riley, who were very gentle. The guide, Samantha, was amazing and informative. She let the horses rest for a bit since they had pretty long walks. The trails were fun too— lots of uphills and downhills. At first I was pretty nervous about potentially falling down but once I got the hang of it, I put my trust on the horse and felt pretty stable. I wished it’d be more guided tour type where they could talk about the history of Adirondacks, but that was just my preference.

Horseback riding at it’s best for all or most ages in a relaxed setting. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is lovely and the horses are well trained, chill and beautiful. It was great for me to get back on the saddle so to speak after years and years being away from the ranch and the activities surrounding it.
