Best landlord I've ever had. No fuss, easy to get in touch with when you need them but they don't bother you when you don't need them, like a landlord should be. Very old fashioned, mail in your rent payment, do business with them over the phone, they inform you of changes in writing. Some people might complain about that but I actually appreciate it, makes you feel like dealing with your home is serious business and not like somebody is trying to push you off on an app. They actually plow and salt in the winter which is unheard of at every other apartment I've ever been to. Maintenance guys have been polite and knowledgeable too. No real complaints. The apartment itself is very nice and modern, it was recently remodeled before I moved in. They're a little small but that wasn't an issue for me, and they're fairly priced for the area. Buildings themselves are in great condition, and the area is always clean and quiet. They're quiet people, I couldn't even tell you the employee's names, but they're an asset to the community, they take care of the properties and the people, mind their own business and make life easy for tenants, the way it should be. I would recommend to anybody.

I viewed the apartments here recently. They are updated and clean on the inside, but very small. I viewed both the 1 and 2 bedroom. Inside the “1 bedroom”, the “bedroom” does not have a door separating it from other rooms in the apartment or windows to the outside. It would appear that the “1 bedroom” is truthfully a studio- which was definitely deceiving in the advertisement. The fact that the apartment I viewed was located below ground level and only had the main door entrance and 1 window (located in the living room) seems awfully unsafe in the event of a potential emergency such as a fire.

This place is under new owner and management. I moved back too the area and than had a series of horrible life events, and the staff here has been helpful and very kind. I live in the quieter section and feel very safe as a single mom. I can not ask for a safer cleaner place to start again here in upstate. in reading some reviews some people are upset because they are weeding out the people who cause issues, others are old. my place is new and very quiet.

Dont live there in a top apartment if you have children under the age of 5 thats for sure! Had to move out 4 months into a lease because downstairs neighbor doesn't understand a 2yr old needs to be able to be a child and run around or play...was told when we moved in the people before us had to move out early because of the same reason...dont waste your time people. they knew we had the child when we went and looked at the apartment yet still let us move in there even though they know they just kicked someone out before us because "they were too loud"...unless you wanna live walking on your tip toes for the fat lady below you dont bother. good luck!
