“Truly UNBELIEVABLE experience yesterday 5/12/25
Old School Service at it's finest! No joke. Couldn't have ever expected such dedication to the customer's needs. They made it all feel personal for them too. I had several difficult tasks, to be rectified. Mandy, Sarah and Ashley worked like a fine oiled machine! For anyone thinking, or debating on giving them a shot ? at serving you or your family's needs? I don't recommend ANYONE anymore. Unless they deserve it! Earn it! This will be my financial institution, till I move away! Some day ? WHO'D A THUNK IT? I LOVE MY BANKER”

“I had an incredible experience at the Cazenovia branch of AmeriCU today. In general, every time I've been into the branch, it's been an above average experience, actually. The employees are typically very helpful and go out of their way to be polite and kind. (In contrast, every time I call the 800 number, I have a pretty bad experience. So I highly recommend taking the time to go into the branch!) This particular time, I received assistance at the front desk from Bryana (super friendly and helpful!) and then on opening up a CD from Amanda Eframson, the manager. She was able to set me up with a new CD in 10 minutes! She also found a partnership between my place of employment and AmeriCU that resulted in me receiving an additional 0.25% interest on the CD. This partnership also gives me a 0.25% break on any new auto loans I take out in the future. Amanda was friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It was a great experience from start to finish! And the rates on the share certificates (CDs) at AmeriCU are always among the best both locally and nationally. Highly recommend! Give this branch a chance--you won't regret it!”
