I have been with Finishline Autos for about 6 months now. The owner has revamped everything. We have a new service manager who has been in the business over 20 years. New mechanics, new sales person in utica. I am in charge of the chittenango store. The vehicles have never been better. The owner stands behind the vehicle no matter what. My many customers are very happy. I can't explain what happened before but know it is just a great place to buy a car, truck, suv, or van. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO STOP IN AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!!!!!

Very terrible dealership Mr. Adam the guy that was there when my buddy purchased a 1999 lifted F-150 with 152,000 miles on it blue in color don't get me wrong they made it look nice but after a week or two paint was chipping they used rubberized undercoat for the trim of the truck Which peeled right off the truck would pop the ignition fuse at random times and sometimes leave us stranded in the road and there was a point where the ignition fuse popped and we were going around a bend and hit a telephone pole and destroyed the whole right side of the truck all Adam had to say was "it's a 99 things like that are bound to happen" but he kept it so long to make sure everything was ok on it and for it to pass inspection don't vehicles have to be safe to pass inspection? I thought so but after before the accident the drive shaft and axle would shift upon take off and a few weeks after the accident the transmission would only allow the truck to shift in reverse. I may be young but I threw it all in Adams face I know my way around vehicles and I told him that he knew what going on 99 or not he knew what was going on with it things don't happen Out of nowhere like that but anyways don't buy a vehicle from him even if it's a 2015 vehicle don't do it don't give him the satisfaction of you buying a vehicle from him

This is by far the worst car dealer I have ever had to deal with. I bought a 2001 Chevy S10 a year ago. When I bought the truck they had to replace the fuel sensor which was fine and they also had to "fix" the blower fan for the heater which made an ungodly screeching noise whenever you turned it on. I had the truck about a week or two after I had gotten it from them, screeching noise comes back. I take it back and they apparently fix the issue. Another month goes by, all of the sudden I don't have any heat. I take it in for them to fix and they tell me the heat is fine and they can't fix an intermittent problem and if it works when I take it to them then its technically fine. So, another moth goes by my "intermittent" heat problem continues and finally the blower fan goes on it again. They tell me the fan is shot and it needs to be replaced. This is odd considering they had already looked at the fan from the get go. Soon after my check engine light comes on and they tell me its going to cost about 400 to fix the issue. Anyways to make a long story short I have had to bring this vehicle back about 6 times within a year of purchasing the truck. The heater core has just died and they want $1,000 to fix it by replacing a $64 part. To boot they were going to inspect the vehicle at the same time, so now I have a 10 paper for inspection, they tell me to drive the truck to clear the codes and bring it back. Now the check engine light is back on and for some reason the truck now Idles at 1,500 RPM and it will literally go 35mph without me touching the gas pedal. My advice to anyone: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They will sell you a warranty that covers just about nothing that goes wrong with your vehicle and charge you out the a** to fix everything that WILL go wrong with the car or truck they sell you.

None of the numbers on the quote are right, not even the sales tax...also selling the car above kbb value...cant figure out what he is charging, windshield says one price, salesman says another online says yet a third...SHADY!!!
