They get a 5-star rating strictly based on their customer service. They make value-based recommendations to make sure I get bang for my buck. I never feel like they're trying to upsell me. Product selection is great and store is always clean and shoppable.

Came in for wipers. The young lady who helped me suggested another blade that was equally good but less expensive. She saved me $10 on wiper blades. Very impressive. Tremendous customer service. She wanted to make sure I got value.
