Kinney’s in Cazenovia has my parent’s business exclusively. Walgreens may be closer to where we my parents live but Kinney’s is worth the extra drive. “I came in to purchase a few things and pay 3 National Grid bills. I was getting really frustrated trying to get these bills ready to pay. Patty came over and did everything for me and totally calmed me down. She is always a sweetheart whenever I go in.”
“I love this walgreens cuz the lighting is NOT fluorescent i cannot describe to u the comfort it feels walking into this walgreens with a nice calm warm lighting situation unlike every other store with white blinding horrific lights. What a wonderful general manager working yesterday 7-8pm June 3rd 2026 dark skin guy tall manager I loved what he did so awesome I’ll definitely shop for my health care products and needs at this store because it’s just down the street from my house it’s amazing customer service also he provided me extra bags be singer bags was too healthy to hold so went out of his way to bring 2 doubled bags together to hold the handles to not break when I walked back to my house I live just down the street from Fayett st”

“I think they do a great job. Those people who complain probably don’t use their app, which lets you know as soon as your prescription is available. You can also see if there are any refills available so you can call your doctor and have them phone one in for you. Please remember that that Kinney has to somehow handle It on their own. Get the app, don’t wait until you run out to get a refill and be patient. I think they’re doing the best that they can.”
