My wife goes there, she loves it. Has gotten her hair cut and highlighted several times. Now our daughter is going there too. There seems to be a positive mood in the room between the employees and the customers.

Despite being 13% cheaper then where I usually get my hair cut.... statistically my hair looks 50% better than usual.
