Always a hassle at the pumps. Need to service the fuel pumps because they are terribly slow while pumping .

Staff has always been friendly. I am irritated that the incorrect hours are posted. I specifically drove a certain route to go to this store because it is posted as being open 24 hours and it is not so I had to backtrack.The SavOn in Chittenango is NOT a 24hr store.

I called to get pricing on exchanging a propane tank and the rude employee Deborah told me "she didn't know, I'd have to wait because she was the only one working and she had a line." After waiting 17 minutes someone (assuming Deborah as she stated she was the only one working, HUNG UP ON ME!) I called back for her to answer the phone rude again and then tell me "she couldn't give me pricing over the phone......" I asked her why she couldn't have picked up the phone before hanging up on me, and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, and said she didn't know what else to tell me because she couldn't tell me the price to exchange a propane tank over the phone!" Completely unprofessional and a complete CROCK!! I called Tops, J and J convenient mart on Fyler Road and both had not a problem telling me the price over the phone, not to mention at both places they were professional, courteous, and very welcoming and accommodating!!!! Shame on you SavOn for having employees like Deborah which clearly has a difficult time not only doing her job, multi tasking and being polite when on the phone with customers. You just lost another customer as well as everyone I tell about this disgruntled employee who clearly not only can't do her job, but apparently doesn't like to either!!!

The one in Chittenango is not 24/7. Hours are currently 5AM to 10 PM, according to clerk. They will be open 24/7 again if they can get help

Quick in and out refuel for vehicle and ourselves. Bathroom needs improvement.
