This place smells bad, and washers and dryers are outdated and don't really seem to work as well. Topped with fact that owner or heavy guy who works here, is rude individual and extremely disrespectful person. Approaches female who had gotten quarters and was leaving and questioned her why she needed them and where is your laundry. Upset why she put money in machine to get change don't need now why nothing pissed oh I see you upset cause you didn't get more money. Highly recommend using the other laundry mat down the road, it's cleaner and don't smell like this place and newer machines, I believe cheaper as well.

The washers and dryers are in great condition and do the job in the amount of time it should take. Friendly staff, clean and again the machines work very well. When our commercial ones break down we've washed and dried hundreds of pounds with no issue.

Nice clean place with good working machines. It has an ATM so change is easy. Has a snack and drink vending machines. Soap and cleaning products available.
Carts are a nice plus.

Dropped off two pairs of pants for alterations at the end of September. Was asked if we’d like the alterations done a cheaper way or more expensive for appearance purposes. We chose the cheaper option seeing as the alterations would be covered when worn. Never got a call when the order was done so I stopped in three weeks later to check on them. I was then charged $36 to have the waist taken in 2” on one pair and to have the hem let out on the other pair. Upon inspection, the alterations were done well but they were done the most expensive way possible. I wish there would’ve been better communication and that the alterations were done cost effective as requested.UPDATE: Not long after leaving my review, the owner contacted me and was very concerned with my experience. He then made every attempt to make the situation right and was very professional about it. I respect and appreciate the effort put forth and it says positive things about a business. I called to find out if my comforter was ready. I was told that the dry cleaning part of the store was closed. The gentleman was nice enough to look it up and find out for me anyways. Great customer service.

The place is immaculate, the washers and dryers are amazing, I live in canastota and prefer this one over the one in my town, better atmosphere, the dryers are amazing as well, and I used their dry cleaning services, haven't picked my clothes up yet but I bet they did a great job, and the liquor store is amazing!!!!!!
