If I could give a half star to this place I would. What a terrible experience. Making the experience even harder to swallow were the absolutely astronomical prices. We made our reservations to book the lanes well over a week ahead of time. We rented two lanes for two hours each. Our reservations were from 6 until 8pm due to the fact that we had other obligations. We got there, and were told to hold tight and that someone would be right with us. 20 minutes later, a guy named Brad shows up, who has absolutely no business being in a customer facing position. The fact that we paid 200 plus dollars to rent these lanes for 2 hours, and that we didn't start until well after 6:30 is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that Brad made things even more confusing. Between his lack of communication skills, and the fact that he didn't seem to understand how group bowling worked, he made things worse by trying to dissuade us from using two lanes and instead using 1 for six people. By this time my group and I were so fed up with the situation, when we requested a refund, Brad claimed that they wouldn't accommodate. Bad customer service? Check. Terrible refund policy? Check. Terrible drink service while there? Check. Everything about this "Luxury" experience The Lanes advertises, is complete BS. Don't spend your money here. The people don't care. You'll have a better experience at a smaller bowling alley around the area, for probably half of the price. 1 out of 5 stars, and I won't be spending money at this alley again. It's also worth noting that I VERY RARELY give bad reviews like this, so don't just chalk this up as some guy who's picky. Every person in my group felt the way I did. -December 2021
