TOPS Friendly Markets is a basic, well-stocked grocery store. Reviews note it is easy to navigate with clean carts. The store is appreciated for its cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and good customer service. The meat is fresh and reasonably priced. However, many find the overall prices expensive and sales deceptive. The produce is average, while dairy and coffee pods are favorites. The store needs an interior update. The self-checkout kiosks can be finicky, though attendants are attentive.
While a smaller store in a more rural area, it was well stocked, and had everything I needed.

Nice grocery. Mostly well stocked and I appreciate the cleanliness of their entire store, especially in the produce department. It's unfortunate that their prices are very much more expensive than almost any other grocery store.

I left $30 at the self checkout and didn't realize til very late that night..I also live 3 hours away. I called the next morning and Nicole was so sweet and helped me out! Her and her manager ended up mailing me the money. 10/10 customer service!!
