Been going here for 25 years. Mostly a good store. Has gone down hill a lot. Staff is now rude. Only 1 checkout open quite often, with a line of people. Self checkout is a joke. People staffing it are very rude. They hide the bags behind the desk, you have to ask. Checkout machines malfunction multiple times during the self checkout process. They can do better.

Nice grocery. Mostly well stocked and I appreciate the cleanliness of their entire store, especially in the produce department. It's unfortunate that their prices are very much more expensive than almost any other grocery store.

I understand my daughter kept touching the self scan bagging area. I also understand that it’s annoying to press a single button over and over cuz she’s setting off the weight alert and it’s interrupting your day dreaming as you stand staring out into space at a podium but she’s 4 and I’m trying. The attitude was not necessary nor was the rolling of the eyes when I was just trying to ADD something EXTRA to what was buying. Next time I won’t bother you with my services. 😡

The manager Scott is rude. He kicked me out of the store because one of his cashiers kept following me around as if I were stealing. I said something about it because I wasn't comfortable with it. I lost my debit card in the mix of all that! I was thrown out of there because I set a few choice words. That's bullshit 🤣

I left $30 at the self checkout and didn't realize til very late that night..I also live 3 hours away. I called the next morning and Nicole was so sweet and helped me out! Her and her manager ended up mailing me the money. 10/10 customer service!!

My fav place for dairy products and coffee pods. That's about it. I find them somewhat expensive and their "sales" are somewhat deceptive...

Need to get a manager that will manage the food. The fruit is always moldy which is sad. We spend a lot of money on food and it’s always rotten. I have to drive to Wegmans to get good food which is out of my way. This is only for the Chittenango store.

The donuts have had the buttercream filling for years, as it's still stated on the sign. They now have the bavarian pudding in them (and not very much I may ad). Bavarian is not buttercream! 2 completely different things. Back to Wegmans donuts and groceries while I'm in there.

Highest prices of all the grocery places I've been to. They charge for bags. Employees are the least helpful individuals who are not there for customer service, just a paycheck.
