The store portion deserves five stars. The pharmacy deserves negative stars! So many people like my wife eat prescriptions regularly and they are not open per their advertised hours. Whoever runs the pharmacy portion of Walgreens business in general should be fired or worse! You have no business being in a position of authority that impacts people's lives this way. I hope all your pharmacies across the U.S. close soon, because you suck!

Any other time I go to Walgreens i feel welcomed but today the cashier seemed to be in such a rush and was snotty and miserable like she didn't wanna be there unacceptable she wanted to go back to playing in the aisles

Eh can't say I feel great about a pharmacy that grabs my prescription from a stack on the floor (even if it is organized). I've never been to another pharmacy that does that. They all have shelves, drawers, or hangers for ready prescriptions. Nope, Chittenango Walgreens has a stack on the floor leaning against the wall....I know they're packaged at that point but that just doesn't seem sanitary.

Worst pharmacy. Twice now I’ve had to drive to a different Walgreens because the pharmacy is closed during their normal business hours. It’s absolutely absurd. It’s not acceptable in any healthcare profession so not sure how you can just close a pharmacy and not provide people their medications. Will be switching all my scripts from that pharmacy.

Cashier very clearly overcharged me - suddenly it’s $20 even for a $10 pack of baseball cards that’s always been taxed? I’m %99 sure he noticed there was no price tag and made up the price up in his head then pocketed some of the cash… Scumbag

Never had an issue with the pharmacy that the pharmacist couldn’t help me with. Never had an issue caused directly by the pharmacist either, unlike other local pharmacies. The hours aren’t always accurate online, but that’s not really their fault. Solid place to get meds.

Pharmacy is never open...they call you...message says, " open until 7:00 p.m." Closed at noon...closed Saturday...or open until 3 ..constantguessing game....neved did Rite Aid treat their customers like this.p.m....closed during week at noon...

Pharmacy is never too crowded. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I'm sure it's policy but they always say hello when you walk through the door but it's still pretty nice and not something many places do anymore.

Wasted too much of my time having to make return trips because of this 1:30-2PM shutdown. Disrespectful of customers and their time, and no other pharmacy/business does this. A seriously bad business decision that will cost them this customer's business.

The cashiers are always friendly and wonderful! I will never stop shopping there. However, I went to the pharmacy to schedule an appointment for a vaccine. The online app wasn’t working. There was no one in line and no one behind me. The extremely lazy woman who couldn’t be bothered with my presence told me “ sorry you have to go online, I can’t help you” I will get my vaccination from better people!!!
