Remodeled the gym, lots of new weights/trx equipment but I feel it’s lacking on cardio. Coming here on a weekend is intense. Very hard to get on a machine. Overall decent gym for 9.99$ a monthDaycare center inside for the higher monthly rates, tanning and classes offered also.

I teach “the ride” 3 to 4 days a week at crunch Cicero! I try to push everyone to work hard in class - it’s your workout! I love what I do and the members become friends! The transition from Aspen to Crunch has been pretty seamless! I take some of the other classes too with the other instructors at the Cicero location! The added HIIT classes have been awesome! Come join us and get a great workout in - hope to see you soon!

As a long-time fitness enthusiast, I can confidently say that the newly renovated Crunch is a game-changer. The updated equipment and facilities make each workout session more efficient and enjoyable. It's the perfect environment for those serious about their fitness journey. Crunch is a wonderful gym and I’m thankful to be a member. Come join Crunch! ?

Great gym if you like having to use portapotties outside when it literally 17 degrees. Unreal. Sent email saying no lockers available Thursday to Sunday. It's now Tuesday and still using portapotties. Maybe remodel 1 lockeroom at a time so there are bathrooms avaiable inside in FEBRUARY IN NEW YORK! If they would have waited 1 week the weather would have been fine. They raised prices, and yearly fees and told noone. . They got rid of all Smith machines, arc trainers as well as many other heavily used cardio equipment. Terrible do not reccomend.

The new partnership with Crunch is refreshing. The new equipment was needed, and is all great. Plenty of equipment to go around , no more waiting in line or constantly nagging people sitting on their phone “how many more sets bro” to get them moving. My biggest gripe, the hours which have changed more than once recently. (As of writing this review the hours have changed for Fridays effective 17 days ago, they now close at 9p but a google search still shows them open till 10p). Social media shows the updated hours but didn’t think to have to check social media. There are no respectable gyms within 30 mins of my house apart from Powerhouse Bville, or Planet Fitness (a joke to the fitness community) that are 24/7, or that have late weekend hours. Crunch-Cicero appears to have a pretty big LEO, First Responder, and military demographic, all of which are shift workers myself included. Most weekends it’s difficult to fit a workout in my schedule, or at least ones where i’m not planning my day around being able to rush in 30 or 45 minutes before close.Would be cool if Crunch could fill the gap where other local gyms fall short on the weekends. But I get i’m likely the minority wishing for this.

Gym is fine . Guests can be rude . Not wiping machines when done and loitering on circuit machines for an eternity

The gym is OK. They took out most of the cardio equipment I liked. The guests, however, are extremely rude. Many of the guests do not wipe the machines down after use and more than many of the guests sit on the machines for so long, reading their phones in between reps (5 minute rest between reps seems excessive). Come on people, let us do our workout. Go play on your phones somewhere else!! You are at the gym for a reason.

Been working for Crunch at the Cicero location since they took over Asap Fitness.I will admit that I taught hard before deciding to transition from Aspen to Crunch. But I have to a say that I’m extremely happy that I did! As a Personal Trainer I have had a chance to grow and expand my clientele. Chris, the manager is extremely supportive, always available and willing to help in anyway that he can.I am also a Group Fitness instructor thanks to two amazing women who Introduced me to group fitness and made me completely fall in love with teaching. Nikki and Cindy are truly wonderful to work with. They are involved and hands on . As an employee I greatly value being given opportunity to give my input and truly feel that I am being heard. It is refreshing to have that kind of support in a workplace. And this is coming from someone who had previously spent 20 years working in a different places working in different roles, from being an employee to holding a management position.I teach multiple classes throughout the week. From Strength, high intensity to senior classes. I have had an opportunity to meet and work with a diverse group of members who I am grateful to say have become huge part of my life. I love what I do and as an instructor there is no better feeling then walking in to the room and seeing all the people that showed up for you. Week after week ,month after month. But it is not only a good class that brings the members back. It’s the sense of community, It’s the friendships, it’s the trust. I truly hope that if you are thinking of joining a fitness facility either as a member, or an employee you will give Crunch a try. ??

Zero communication about the change to become crunch fitness. If you want to cancel, you have to give 30+ days notice (it will be cancelled enter your next billing cycle. They recently added a $2 “convenience fee” to their monthly billing.

Charging me a bunch of fees that I did not sign up for, if spent at least an extra hundred bucks on mistakes from them that. Convince fee of $2. What a joke it’s an inconvenience to call them every month to ask for my money back. Don’t come here lol.
