Bought a 2020 Nissan Rouge in February of 2023 and have already had to replace brakes, tires, the backup camera, and a strut plate. The strut was 2 days out of warranty, and they would not do anything. Will never buy another car here.

I bought my Toyota RAV February 19 - after leaving, my husband, who was behind me calls to tell me the muffler was exceptionally low. I took it to my mechanic and he confirmed a bracket needed to be secured. I took it back to DV because of the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. The told me NOTHING was wrong. Fast forward to July and ANOTHER MECHANIC tells me, "you need your muffler looked at, it needs a clamp". BACK TO DV. They tell me it's rust and not covered. Today, my mechanic fixed in less than 30 minutes with a clamp. ALL DV had to do was a clamp and 30 minutes the first time I went back. SAD to lose a good customer over such a minimal, good faith task.

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Drivers Village in February of 2023. In June I came out to find my car wouldn't start. I called up Drivers Village as I had a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. They told me it would be 3-5 days till they could pick it up. Well obviously, that wasn't going to work since I need my car for work, kids etc... Called local shop they picked it up in 15 minutes and replaced a bad starter. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I smelled anti-freeze. Called Drivers Village. Since the car wasn't disabled, they told me they couldn't get to it for 4 weeks, but I could call around to see if another Jeep dealer could get it in since its under warranty. I called Par-K in Fulton and they got it in the next day. Crack in the water pump. They replaced it and all good. Fast forward to yesterday 7/24 won't start again. Didn't even bother to call Drivers Village and just have it towed to Par-K. They are looking at it today to give me a diagnosis. In the meantime, I call Drivers Village to get a loaner car because borrowing a car from family/friends is getting old. I was told that it didn't matter that I bought the "car" from them and got the warranty from them they could not give me a loaner because they weren't performing the work. My response was well I'll have it towed to you and it can sit there for 4 weeks for you to get to and I'll have the loaner for 4 weeks. His response was well we don't have many loaners to give, sorry I can't help you. YOU HAVE THOUSANDS OF VEHICLES IN YOUR LOT. I beg you never to do business with these people. Once you're out the door they don't care about you or your vehicle.

for the past year and a half I've been going through hell with drivers Village. They made me a promise to exchange my car out and finish paying it off Once they found out there was a problem with my car that they didn't want to fix And They did not tell me about when I bought the car which was a oil suspension problem that was told to me by Kristen in the Chevy department. She tried to help me and let me know that this will be a very expensive thing that Barry should try to fix which is the guy who sold me the car they've been having me come in to top my oil off every 2weeks for the past year and a half almost 2 years telling me that they were trying to fix the problem.. now keep in mind it took me five months just to get in contact with Barry about this issue because he would not reply back to any of my phone calls. I had to make a review on here for them to even give me a call back, once he did call me back he told me for now this is what they were going to do , and that went on for about 3 1/2 months.. and there was times where I had to pay because they couldn't find the paperwork to say that they were supposed to be doing it for free, and that my money will get refunded back to me and which none of it ever did ,a few weeks ago they called me and asked me to buy my car back saying that they would finish paying off the rest of my car and exchange me out . For about a week we went back-and-forth about what kind of car I was Interested in what I was looking for and he came back with a $23,000 car and which I told him I was not interested and he told me and my father to come in and fill out a joint application, within agree to come in and look at some cars. When I got there the car dealer tried to make me buy the car I did not want and once again told us to fill out paperwork for Car. We were not interested in and then me and my family decided that we wanted to try to fix the car that we have because he was rude and didn't seem interested in helping just getting us out the way. They agreed that they will fix the car that I have for free if it was fixable or we would have to do the exchange or sell it back for the remaining balance .when I return to get my car looked at , they told me they were no longer interested in helping me . Imagine my embarrassment how hurt and upset I was so I've been going through all of this to be told this .I I drove in with this car, barely having a drop of oil in it all the way from Syracuse and they refused to help me sending me back on my way car as it is not even willing to take my oil off . I gave them some time to fix what was going on as this had to be a mistake or miscommunication, so I called their corporate office in which the manager there was just as rude as Berry and all the other people in the office at the warehouse he even went as low as mocked me by saying "well I' Ain't Barry", was his exact words They are very rude. They are liars. They are scammers. They backed out because they could not get me to buy a $24,000 car when I was supposed to be changing out my $18,000 car that I had only owed almost 8000 on the that they said they were willing to pay off ,but because I didn't wanna purchase the car they wanted me to buy. They decided they did not want to keep their word anymore. I will be getting my lawyer involved at this point and will be filing a law against them for selling me a lemon and was aware of it. as I went every way possible to try to talk with them and handle this. And even the corporate office was very rude and didn't want to hear me out whatsoever kept saying that it was not their problem . I've already contacted Better Business Bureau and I will be going down to the DMV to. I will do everything in my power to seek justice and hopefully This won't happen to someone else.

I would never do business with Driver's Village. Bought a Jeep Compass - their basic model. Typical car salespeople. After I purchased the car - a few months later (my fault) I looked at the Car Fax - my particular car had gone to a few dealers within Drivers Village, and the price on the car changed each time. I have the car for sale - and will never recommend or buy from them again. Not very honest people. Cannot recall the Sales Agents name, but I never received a call to see how everything was (supposed to be 2 days after sale).

Worst experience I've ever had. If your vehicle has a defect they will do nothing to help. I will never buy from this dealer again, worst mistake I've ever made in vehicle ownership

Horrible service. I called today to make ask about getting an estimate for my vehicle. I was told I should make an appointment. The entire afternoon was open except for 4pm. I chose 2:30 and arrived promptly. I was greeted immediately but was re-asked all the information that I had already given over the phone. I was then told it would be "15 or 20 minutes." After a half hour, I noticed my car hadn't been moved yet. So I asked how much longer it would be. I was told that "they're working on the quote now" and that they had already inspected and driven it and that it would be "another 15 or 20 minutes." But the car clearly hadn't moved.... I explained that if it was going to be any longer than 20 minutes, then I needed to leave and a guy came out from around the counter and handed me my keys and said, "It's going to be longer than 20 minutes..." So after all this misinformation and unprofessionalism - and time wasted - I left.... Later, I called to make a new appointment and was told that the reason my wait was so long was that they were short-staffed and that they had "so many appointments today". But as I stated, when I called, I was informed that almost the entire afternoon was open. When I explained that to the person on the phone, I was then told that other people that had appointments showed up early and that because of that, I was waiting behind them. (I'm not sure who these mystery people were because they have a monitor and the only name on it was mine, and the person for the 4pm appointment) Regardless of whether or not this was somehow true, instead of telling other people they are too early, their policy is to make someone that is on time - such as me - wait behind them.... As far as being "short-staffed" they don't seem to have any problem finding people to greet you and take your keys. There were like 8 of them. They know that once they get your keys, you'll have to wait so they can just deceive you about how long your wait will be. After all, you can't leave without your keys! This place is like a factory assembly line. There is no feeling of personal service. Nobody there knows what anyone else is doing - or has done. So unless you have hours of time to waste waiting once you arrive and money for gas to waste getting there, don't bother with this place. What a waste of a day....
