Meeting up with Justin Vita was great, he is very professional and courteous always asking if we wanted coffee etc. He is knowledgeable and it's very evident he loves BMW's! This vehicle my husband found online and researched it for at least a week. We made an appointment to drive it and my husband was sold! I didn't drive it until the pickup appointment, I love it! It's beautiful practically drives itself! We will have the best drive to Florida! Thank you Justin and all the employees at Burdick BMW have a wonderful Christmas and a prosperous 2026!

Was looking at a nice 2025 x5 m60i and they made the process as difficult as they could until they scared me away. Gave me grief about doing a 6 mile test drive instead of 3, complained that I wanted an appraisal on my trade-in after a test drive instead of before, wouldn’t let me explore the menus on the infotainment system and lowballed me on my trade-in by offering $3k under the low end kbb value and would not negotiate. I’m never going back to a Burdick dealership
EDIT: I'd already reached out to management at Burdick prior to leaving this review, so their request for further conversation is a disingenuous attempt to manage public relations

Amazinggggggg I want to leave a special shout-out to Laura. She helped me over the phone and was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire call. Title: Extremely Disappointed with BMW Service Department’s Lack of Responsibility
I’m honestly shocked and disappointed by the level of service I received at this BMW dealership’s repair department. My BMW was recently hit in an accident, and everything was properly arranged through the other driver’s insurance company. Their insurer specifically instructed me to bring the car to BMW and provide the repair team with their contact information — they would handle the rest directly.
Simple enough, right? Apparently not for this service department.
Instead of communicating with the insurance company as promised, the BMW staff completely refused to take any initiative. They told me I had to act as the middleman — constantly calling, relaying messages, and forwarding information between the insurer and the dealership. I couldn’t believe it. This is BMW, not some small neighborhood garage.
For a brand that claims to stand for professionalism and premium customer care, this experience was absolutely unacceptable. I expected better coordination, responsibility, and at least a basic sense of service. Instead, I was left doing all the legwork while the repair team sat back and shrugged.
If you value your time, patience, and sanity, I strongly suggest thinking twice before trusting this service department with your vehicle. BMW should really take a hard look at how their dealerships are treating customers — this is not the level of care the brand promises.
