What a great company this is know don’t get me wrong it’s not Matthew Hyundai is Burdick hyundai. These guys are wonderful when all hope was last for me they did their best to make sure that I had a car. A car that works.

Burdick Hyundai Service is Awesome! After a horrible experience at Matthews Hyundai, where I bought my vehicle, I was recommended to take it here for the problem that was not fixed at Matthews. Service Advisor Anthony Nicotra really made the difference in my visit. He kept me informed every step of the way, and I did not feel like I was just getting blown off like I did at Matthews. When it is time to trade in my Hyundai for a brand new one, Burdick will also get my business going forward.Great job guys!

I leased my 2021 Kona from this dealer and they were fantastic to work with back then. More recently, I brought my car in for an inspection and to have them take a look at some other stuff another garage failed me for (but I really did not believe them). They do book appointments out a few weeks but I didn’t mind. When I brought my car, they were nothing but incredibly nice and had my car done quickly after my appointment time. They confirmed my suspicions that NOTHING was wrong with my car. Absolutely amazing service!

I have gotten 3 vehicles from this dealership. My most recent is a 2024 Hyundai Tucson. I love it!!I have shopped the other dealership in the area and I have to say I have never been impressed. I did not feel that I was respected as a customer and I believe that they were not forthright in their presentation of price, etc.The staff (Austin)at Cicero Hyundai have always treated me with respect and listened to what my needs are and the financial limitations I presented.I was able to negotiate with the staff and got the vehicle I wanted at the lease price that I could afford. I will always do business with this dealership and will not waste my time in shopping around.If you are looking for honesty and integrity go talk to the staff at Cicero Hyundai.Patty Hendry

Let me start by saying I bought a car from Hyundai Matthew it was a lemon and it broke. I brought it in for services and number of times then the engine went. That's what they said now I'm still making a car payment because it took a loan out and I'm trying now to get it fixed and they refused to fix it. They said they weren't warranty went out now. Let me start by saying these guys rip you off I paid $18,000 still paying $257 for a car that sit in their parking lot for a year and they keep telling me we're gonna try to fix it gonna try to fix it. Well went to corporate now corporate saying no sorry we're not gonna do no goodwill and yes you can prove that you're within it, but we're not gonna do it , now I have no choice but to get attorney and suffer

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at Burdick Hyundai in Cicero and it was the most delightful experience I ever had at a dealership. Both the Sales and Service departments seemed on top of their game! The facility appeared organized and clean, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Everyone there had a smile on their face and I felt the presence of a warm welcome. The gentleman (Andrew Bruns) that handled my purchase was by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in the 45 years of buying vehicles. He was very kind, personable, considerate and proficient. I was amazed at how he made the process smooth as butter without the usual hassle, pressure or stress. If anyone asked me where there's a great place to buy a nice vehicle, I'm sending them to Burdick Hyundai in Cicero, NY. Thank you all for all you do!!

We are a first time buyer at Burdick Hyundai. We set up our appointment by the Internet. Burdick sent confirmation and the manager greeted us at the door at the time of our appointment. We were introduced to our sales representative David Alexander. Dave was fantastic during the whole process. My wife could not decide on the color Santa Fe she wanted. Dave pulled the three cars. she was looking at up in front of the store so my wife could examine them side-by-side. Dave has contacted us several times since the sale inquiring if we are still happy with the vehicle and if there have been any problems. In 18 months when my lease is up on my ram pick up, I certainly will return to Burdick and Dave Alexander for my next lease.

I just started my fifth lease with Hyundai at Driver’s Village. Having someone to sit down with that knows you by name to run numbers, discuss new models, new tech, and new perks makes the experience from start to finish seamless and carefree. Dave from Hyundai is who makes this all happen for me. Happy customer for 12 years and I’m in the car model and color that I wanted.

Treat me like first class. The job was done right. Not like the 3 boys across the street. Who charge me 3 times for one sensor. Then lied to my face about the bill.

Great service, I was early for the appt, and they had me pull in right away. Vending on site for drinks and snacks was really nice.The only drawback there was is that a couple of days later, I received an email saying my car, that I brought in, needed service. So, if anything, I hope this glitch gets worked out.

Awful customer service. Call and make sure they are actually fixing your car, if you can get a hold of someone. Leaving a message is use less. Avoid going here if possible.

My husband 2020 Hyundai palisades was towed to the dealership on Sunday, 8/20. It died on the thruway. They said it was alternator and there were only 7 in the country. No idea when or if they would get one and loaner cars weren’t available for 2 weeks. My husband stopped in daily because phone calls were not returned. On Friday, 8/25 he was told an alternator would be arrive on Monday. Again he had to stop in. They had a tracking number but were not able to track the alternator. Finally, stopping in a second time on Wednesday 8/30, he was told it had arrived and would be ready to pick up Thursday afternoon. Not hearing from them or having a promised return phone call within the hour, he once again went up to the dealership. He was told the car was not going to be ready until tomorrow. He turned around and just walked out. About 2 hours later he received a call the car was ready! He immediately went to pick it up.He also called the company costumer service number on 8/24 and was told he would be contacted in 2-3 days. He has yet to receive a phone call - over a week later.Expect better for a $45,000 vehicle! Really at any cost.

Awful service! My car went in for inspection last week and problems with tires were ignored. They just made sure the tire pressure light was off so they could pass the car. The front two tires were flat within a couple of days after inspection so car was brought back in to have the two front tires replaced. They were not very helpful when trying to figure out an estimated time when car would be done. Coming from Rochester, not giving me a time was hard and I was left without a car. The car went in on Thursday and was supposed to be done by Monday morning. I went there Monday morning to ask for an updated status and to pre pay they would not let me pay and not give me a time. I then asked if it could be done by 4pm at the latest. After receiving no call, I went back at 4 pm to check. When I walked in it took about 15 minutes to be acknowledged or asked if I needed help, the two workers were just standing around and talking. When they finally acknowledged me, they told me that the car had just went back… at 4:15pm and would take about 45 minutes. After an hour I asked again how much longer it would take. They said 10 more minutes. Finally after the car is finally done, the tire pressure light is still on, even after driving around for a little. I then had to go back and ask for them to figure out why the light was still on… the whole point of why the car was in the shop. The car went back and 15 minutes later the service guy comes out and explains that there was a nail in my tire and that they had taken it out and patched up the hole. My car had been in the shop for 6 days and I paid $1,500 for them to ignore a problem that should have been acknowledged while my car was there the first time, for an inspection. It’s quite ridiculous and frustrating the lack of service I received from Hyundai. After giving them $1,500 I deserve better.

Great service!I purchased my first car ever from here today and had an amazing experience in this dealership. All the staff was friendly, specially our salesman Sergio Urencio , he was so polite , friendly and helpful.He worked with us and made the process of getting my car super smooth.
