We’ve purchased 4 new cars over the years, and Our experience with Sean at Burdick Kia / Driver’s Villiage was our best experience in purchasing a car! Sean (our sales person) was very friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout the entire process. He was very educated on all the car models, and had detailed answered to all of our questions. He was also great at giving us good things to consider, with respect to the other non-Kia models we were evaluating earlier in the process. It was very easy for us to decide on which car to purchase after working with Sean. We would highly recommend Burdick Kia and Sean to anyone who is considering purchasing a Kia model.

Everyone at this dealership was polite, friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Sean Melvin was the sales person that I had the pleasure to deal with. I give him 5 stars, he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and took his time and answered all my questions, and I had a lot. When I picked up my new vehicle he took more time and went over things with me inside my vehicle. It was a great experience with this dealership, I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend to everyone to try this dealership.....I just had my first service on my new Kia and I again give this dealership 5 stars, everyone is a pleasure to deal with. Recently bought a vehicle with Burdick Kia. Shoutout to Aydyn T. (salesman), who guided us through every step quickly and efficiently. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, he was willing to spend time while we test drove a vehicle and even worked a deal all in the same day. I appreciated his transparency and matched humor as purchasing a vehicle is never really an easy or fun task. Told friends and family that they should use him in the future for an easy and stress-free transaction. Thanks again!

I would like to commend Bri at Drivers Village KIA. I found her very knowledgeable and very personable and friendly. Car issues and service are not what you want to have to tackle. Bri made the entire process a lot easier and functionable. I dealt with Bri many times in person and on the phone and she always took the time to answer all my questions and also went above and beyond to straighten things out for me. Marques wright- sales specialist - now I have worked in the dealership world a long time- know the business well and worked with some great sales men. Marques knows where he belongs! He is by far the kindest, level headed salesperson I have ever dealt with. My fiance and I came in look at two different vehicles. Not only did Marques know everything about the cars we were looking at- he related to us a regular humans on a human level. He seen that we were open to options and thoughts and listened to what our needs were and our financial situation. He found three perfect cars for us to test drive and another for color comparison. He was honest in his work - no gimmicks or bs. He treated both my fiance and I like we were people being seen and heard. Not once did he yell at us or tell us what we need to do or have to do. This was by far the easiest buying experience I have ever dealt with.. he also left the room to allow me and my fiance to talk about the big decisions without him in front of us. (Now that is respectful and I love that) Marques even gave us options for payments. It was such a beautiful car buying experience - #1 sales man right there at Kia store at driver's village. Thank you Marques for picking us and doing you job with such professional - thank you for doing all the things you do- keep up the good work!!!! 2025 Kia telluride here we come!!!!
Also he treated both me and my fiance with respect and he talked to both of us as equals... My vote 100 stars

Zen, the Sales Rep at Burdick KIA was amazing…He was straight forward, and not at all pushy, like the other KIA dealership I went to. I really admired his honesty when he said they would have trouble matching Carvana’s price for the sale of my old car. At the first KIA dealership they kept changing the numbers to try to keep me in the door. With Zen, I just told him what I wanted to pay for the lease and he came back with a bunch of options that were all favorable to begin with, no haggling necessary. He even sent a shuttle to come get me when I was picking up my new car. What a great experience, I highly recommend Burdick KIA and make sure you get Zen if you’re going to buy/lease a car there.
